The decor is light and airy, as you walk in you are warmly greeted by one of the reception staff. There is a tv and a small play area for toddlers. Once in the consulting room Dr Gabriel really puts you at ease, she is wonderful with the kids too. There is limited patient car parking place outside the building but plenty of off road spaces locally. The 997 and 28 buses stop just opposite.

A few months ago I had a second bridge crown fitted because of a terrible accident last year left me devastated - a bad fall that took all of a previous perfect bridge crown Geoff did for me was ruined! The fall meant that another bridge would have to be restructured differently because of damage to my other teeth. All through the treatment I never felt any pain or discomfort, he is such a brilliant dentist in fact all of his team and all the staff are lovely, they not only treat you with the greatest respect, they are so attentive and make you feel important and comfortable, they actually explain and talk you through the 'action plan' .... I don't normally do reviews (though I read them) but I feel so lucky to have found such a good dentist which I thoroughly recommend. I have Denplan Insurance cover which helped with my second bridge. Today I tried using the Equality Act 2010 again and reasonable ajustments. And the receptionist kept talking over me deliberitly not wanting to let me use it for my health to help. So then they kept hanging the phone up, which never helped my condition so I kept phoning back. And even without answering cutting me off. I paid a lot of money to join this practice which they asked for and now they are not even answering the phone they blocked me. I'm my opnion they clearly have issues with people such as me with disabilitys. And use a protected act and you get worse treatment. I recorded the call today but also asked for their recordings under a subject access request under GDPR legislation which is free they have to give you it. Things got so bad today they made a threat against me for phoning up when they kept hanging up. So I contacted the Police for and was given a log number for any futher incidences. One manager stated to me about my treatment from the dentist. If you want to complain about treatment complain to him. I allready advised them the dentist scares me do to certain actions. So asked for ajustment for me not to deal with him directly and they ignored this as well. They tried to say he is inderpendent from them. But the fact is they have a duty of care. And they have what is legally known as a NON DELEGABLE DUTY" The amounts of money from what they state has gone right up over £1000 for me. Not the prices on their web page. You see the real side of these when you start to complain they are not so friendly then. And I am classed as disabilied.

Every time I'd passed there, I'd always wanted to go in and ask about the dental services they provide. Because I've seen signs being advertised across the Great Barr area, and I really needed a good dental surgery. I don't like dentists and I don't think many people do. So, when it came to the time when I knew I had to go, I had to make sure the surgery would be a great one. I'd heard so many good things about this surgery, so that's what convinced me to go with them. Once I registered with them, I received an exceptional service. Especially from the dentist that dealt with my dental treatment. It's great to know we have such brilliant dentists like this around which you can register with even if you don't live in that area. As it was an urgent treatment, I'm glad I went to a reputable surgery.

That's because the quality of dentistry at Victoria Road is brilliant. How much of it I actually needed is another question, but I mistakenly paid for all the recommended treatment thinking I was only paying for one very expensive filling. But when one of my front teeth broke (long story) the filling he rebuilt it with is so realistic even I can't tell, and it's my (sort of false) tooth! It used to be NHS but turned private and I had nowhere else to go which is how I ended up seeing how the other half get their teeth looked after. On reflection, and now being back on the NHS, it seems it really is a case of getting what you pay for. Just don't expect much left over to buy any sweets. Maybe that's the trick...?

I have had a LOT of dental work over the years but my experiences and results at Bridge Dental make me rate them highest of all. Two molars up - oops I mean two thumbs up!!
