Last night, took my vehicle for a wash.
Turned out to be free wash day, which i did not know about.
Car passed through the wash, i heard a metallic thunk.
The vacuuming area was closed so i was unable to inspect until i returned home.
I found several pock marks in the paint, some barely noticeable, one VERY noticeable, now bear in mind, i do have a touch up pen for these things, but as a consumer, i should e able to maintain the reasonable expectation that my vehicle will not be damaged during a service.
This is not the first time either.
The first time, the manager *The Lake City BB Wash*, made it a point to call me a liar to my face *People try this all the time*, said the equipment can only cause specific kinds of damage.
The regional manager, Marco Vracko, came out later the next day, again said the same thing, the equipment can only cause certain kinds of damage, and he might be able to do something regardless. Never heard from him again.
Contacted regarding second incident, was send immediately to Mr. Vracko's voice-mail. I do not expect a return call from him.
The customer service is deplorable.
The tunnel washes cause damage from debris being caught in the brushes, or kicked up from the car in front of you.
They take no responsibility for their equipment, and are all about the bottom line,
DO NOT USE THEM
