First time here. Walked in and didn't get a welcome, but thought ok maybe because she was busy w a customer. She was quick to judge me that I waited too long to get my eyebrows done. When it was time to pay she told me she didn't accept walk ins (when it clearly says "walk ins welcome" outside the door). These are just the little things that I didn't like and probably factor in why won't be returning. Oh and told me next time she'll be charging me extra if I wait too long. I really enjoy coming here, the owner is so amazing and really listens to what I want done, she also gives great advice and recommendations to better shape my brows. I saw the reviews and thought it would be a good opportunity to try out a place that is closer to my house. Bad idea. I should have known it wasn't going to be a good job because the girl who ended up doing my eyebrows was being helped at the cash register by the other girl there. It took a very long time and when she showed me, there was a huge chunk missing from the middle of my eyebrow! I asked her to bring them up so that chunk was not as visible but it didn't really even out. I left feeling super disappointed at my incredibly uneven eyebrows. Harveen was very friendly and honest about my eyebrows, telling me there were places that didn't have as much hair and using an eyebrow powder to show me how to draw the missing spots in. She takes her time with the threading and I loveee how my eyebrows turned out. They are perfectly even and I was lucky enough to have her do the upper lip for free as well! Expensive place with very poor customer service!! I liked her eyebrows service; however, all her good work gets down when she treats the customer bad. She was rude the first time I inquired for her services. On my first appointment, she let me wait outside on the horrible heat, even when there was no one in the waiting room. On my second appointment, when I had a question regarding the price of her service, she answered me: "this place is not for you..." I just had made a question; I had never argued about the price. I did not deserve that horrible answer! I will soon forget about her overpriced service, but it is going to be hard to forget how bad she made me feel. read more

She was gentle and precise and used her best judgement to make sure that my eyebrows complimented my face and bone structure. Came here last month with the bf, there was a wait since a family came in first. It seemed like they didn't like the service either since one of the family member didn't want their's done anymore. The First lady kept going back on one of the kid's brow, until the second lady had to step in do it for her. Should have been a sign for us, but she called us to sit down. The lady working on us was obviously in training, however we didn't fully realize it until the middle of our session. Since she kept calling the second lady over for some help/advice. She heavily focused on my left brow, and when the second lady came back she asked if I was trying to thin them out. I said no, and she explained to me that my left brow was way thinner than the other. Hm I wonder why. When the bf got his done she also said his was uneven. He didn't like their service either. They were rude to us and whispered to us where to hold so they can get a better look. However my bf didn't hear until she yelled at him. (TL;DR) Overall, we wished they told us she was in training, to prepare our expectations or to go somewhere else. Not tell us that we just came in with uneven brows AFTER working on them for a while, but admit they did messed up. read more

My sister in law and i would come here, i guess you get what you pay for. She never cleans your face after doing you eyebrows and leaves all the cut hairs on your face, the first time we went she was awesome, after that she thinned out my sister in laws eyebrows and left one way thicker than the other , she also left my eyebrows very uneven. Don't go here unless you want to be left with a bald face. Harveen ruined my eyebrows and blamed me and her trainee for it...at least her "trainee" left me with hair the previous time I came in! Always different people here. The owner, I believe, used to always do it and her work was good. Now she sits back and all the other staff have messed up my brows. At least twice. And after accumulating all stamps except one for my free one she tells me my card is two years old and no longer taken. I was just here a few months ago and nothing was said. Not to mention she argued with me about it and I wasn't even in the state of California so how were my stamps 2 years old. Avoid this place! read more
