I was very hesistant to come here since my last eyebrow threading was a disaster (at Ziba in West Covina mall with a chunky Indian looking girl). The last person literally left me with one big brow and one little brow. I'm trying to let them grow back as we speak. The owner took the time to show me what she could do to help me achieve my goals while doing an every so slight clean-up. She was careful no to touch my new growth that would be required to even out my eyebrow. I've threaded my eyebrows since I was 14 and have seen my share of threading boutiques. This was a great threading shop, very clean and cute. I brought my 5 month old and my baby was super fussy. The threading lady said oh no problem you can hold your daughter while I thread. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. And I got my eyebrows done while my daughter sat in my Lap. I love Brow Shapes! Vishali is the sweetest and really does an incredible job threading. No appointment is required, you can just walk in. Do expect a small wait depending on the amount of people there when you walk in, but it's never that long. She does a quick and thorough job and it's worth the wait. I thread my eyebrows, upper lip and sides and pay $22. Which is a great price in my opinion. My advice to everyone is communicate what it is you want. She's friendly and wants you to be happy with the service. My first visit, I wanted to have thicker eyebrows and although I had to be patient to let them grow in, she cleaned them up each time and they look amazing now! She was very nice and asked me how I wanted my eyebrows and suggested a couple things about my eyebrows !! Vishali is the best at what she does. I really respect her for her work ethic and how she's built her business all on her own. I've been coming here for over a year and she has transformed my brows. The first time I came to her I asked her for her honest opinion on the state of my brows and she did just that while in a tactful and sensitive manner. (It was not good news, lol.) I trust her professional opinion 100%. I just let her do her magic each time I go in, no questions asked, and I've never regretted it. I cringe when I look at pictures of myself pre-Vashali. My eyebrows needed to get threaded so bad! And I recently moved so my OG eyebrow lady was a pretty far drive. Went on Yelp and looked up places near me, every one stated how awesome and gentle this person was. So i wanted to try it out. I wasn't thrilled with the shape she left one eyebrow thinner then the other and I was sadly left with a ton of scabs on the top of my eyebrow the business is really nicely set up the threader and front desk girl where both super nice... but I wasn't happy with my eyebrows and I have to grow 1 eye brow out to re-shape them so kinda bummed about that. read more

I used to drive 45 minutes to get my eyebrows threaded and then I decided to look for a place closer. I read through various reviews and ended up choosing this place. I was immediately impressed by how clean the place was. There can be a bit of a wait during the late afternoon/ early evening but it is well worth it! The lady really listens to you, gives you suggestions, and is very detailed in her work. I love this place! I moved to San Dimas about three years ago and have been coming to this place ever since. She makes sure my eyebrows are done the way I like them, it's definitely a friendly place and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I trust her work! & great pricing! (Love the stamp card!) Recently I bought her hair oil, the plant base. My b.f was thinning hair and he started using it, his hair is now visibly thicker! It helps with headaches too. I haven't used it regularly bc I don't wash my hair everyday but the smell is soothing and it has actually helped me sleep at night! It's kinda weird, both my b.f and I noticed it. He use to get headaches all the time and since he's been using this oil he has cut down on advil. This Stuff works ! Its hard to trust someone with your eyebrows, I have been coming here for about 2-3 years she's always done an amazing job. I have been faithfully waxing my brows since I was in middle school. But, recently (4 weeks ago), I had my brows microbladed and I was a little hesitant on having them waxed as they heal. I decided to yelp and see my options. This place has great reviews (and lots of reviews too) and it's not to far from home, so I headed there on my way home praying that had an opening. Parking, easy. Walked in, they have AC. I'm guessing maybe it was broken when the one reviewer went? Mehhh happens to everyone. No wait, so my brows were immediately de-furred! I had a younger girl, but both were SUPER nice! I go to pay, it's cheaper than my wax place I normally drive 30 minutes each way for! And I was given a "frequent visit" stamp card thing, WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT! Pfffft. Disappointed about the lack of personable service I received 6/6/2016. Vishali was rude and unresponsive to my return visit. She did not shape my brows properly and would not hear my concerns. I tried to explain my dislike for service done on a previous visit, but she would not give me the courtesy of listening to my concerns. An establishment needs to listen to their clientele and address all issues. She is young and inexperienced, and lacks the authority to manage a business. It is unfortunate that a business owner would create an unfavorable presence. The first I went to Vaishali, she was still in Brea Mall by JC Penney. That time my eyebrows were really messed up and I've been to a lot of threading salons before and nobody could really fix my eyebrows.
