I had just moved to Oceanside and I desperately needed to get my eyebrows done. Luckily, I found a great deal through Groupon with them( I checked out Yelp before I actually purchased the groupon to make sure it was decent to try out). I LOVE THEM!! I've had all 3 ladies here do my brows and they all do a great job. It's so affordable compared to other places around here ($10 for brows) and if you get the punch card you get a free eyebrow threading on your 8th visit. Also you don't need an appointment so it's super convenient! read more

Good customer service. Gina took care of me and inquired where I lived before giving me her card. Fact of the matter is she made my brows uneven and despite how nice they treated me here, they fucked up my brows lol. I have yet to find a good threading spot in Carlsbad. Took my 12 year old daughter there for her first time nice ladies and took great care of my beautiful daughter! She loves her new eyebrows.

I've gone here for eyebrows and upper lip threading for over a year and have always had great service by the young ladies working here. It is hard to find people who are willing to really do a clean, thorough job and do not have a bad attitude if you find hair that was missed. Today only one of the sisters was working by the name of Bella so there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it, I love how my eyebrows were shaped! The place is clean and the girls while quiet and don't attempt a conversation is fine because they focus on what they're doing. I used to get my eyebrows waxed and I'm so glad I tried this place after seeing an ad with a coupon because threading doesn't leave my skin red and irritated. One wrong pluck of a hair and they're ruined so ever since I moved out here from NY I have been having a very hard time trying to find a really good threading place. Went in and was told that there was a 25 minute wait. There was no sign in sheet, so I asked if I could come back in 25 minutes..and the tech said yes. I returned 30 minutes later and was not acknowledged. Other customers went ahead of me that were not there when I was originally. Very disappointed in unprofessional behavior. This store use to be my go to salon for quite some time until last week. Normally I have my most of my face threaded and always tip at least 20%. Last Friday I had been waiting ahead of two other clients when one of the technicians was available she told me to go ahead and take a seat in one of the empty chairs. Then she proceeded to have the other two women serviced by her and another technician while I had to wait for another technician that was on a cell phone outside. Also I understand the language they speak & somehow the third technician had annoyed them so basically they were making her work on me because they were tired of her personal problems. Hello.....WTF! Gina did my eyebrows today, it is my second time going I love them. I believe the first time Tori did them, she was super sweet as well and fixed my uneven eyebrows that silk threading messed up :/ .
