I am very picky with my brows but I am very happy with Gina's work. I went to a different place in Oceanside where the lady completely ruined my shape and thinned my brows AFTER I tried telling her that I like my eyebrows thick. This made my very nervous to try another place but with all the wonderful before and after photos I wanted to try this place. I was ecstatic with Gina's work. Especially because she knew I was nervous of changing my shape and said she would just clean up and then we could go from there. I hate that I have to write a negative review. I seriously ride or die for this place but.... I have been BOTCHED. My eyebrows are by no means natural crazy, they're full and shaped on their own so all they have to do is get a few hairs on the ends and in the middle... so tell me how one brow is completely straight and like a tadpole and the other looks like absolutely nothing was done to it. My lips? LOL I had to go home and pluck them myself. This woman was careless and just wanted me in and out as fast as she could. Unfortunately, I could not catch her name however if management happens to see this, the woman has very light color eyebrows and was wearing a yellow shirt on 6/19/19. SHE SHOULD NOT BE DOING EYEBROWS All the girls with dark hair and brows are amazing at what they do but BE WARNED... of course I have important events coming up and I look absolutely tragic. read more

Honestly 10 stars! I used to get my brows waxed but was having a hard time finding someone in the area who nailed the shape, so I thought I'd give threading a try. I've had my brows done here twice and they've absolutely NAILED the shape every time!! I'm so happy with how my brows look, and it's such a confidence booster. Threading does hurt a bit more than waxing, in my opinion, but the service is quick and I think it's well worth it. read more

I've gone here for the past couple of years and have liked the work it was easy and simple and good prices! I'm not sure if the women I had was new or not but when she had me check in the mirror after she had finished, she had cut my eyelid and didn't say anything about it until I saw it. I then noticed half of the hair was still there and went home and finished plucking my own eyebrows. The women muttered an apology and walked away. I would never go back here again to get my teeth whiten. After the teeth whitening service, my teeth and enamel immediately became sensitive to cold/hot foods and any air for a few days. The edges of gums were burnt off and took more than a week to heal. This was the worst teeth whitening experience I've ever had. I've been to many and the best experience I've had so far is at the San Diego Teeth Whitening Center. I am learning not to get teeth whitening service done at a brow shop or tanning shop which was also where I tried. Please learn from my experiences through my reviews, unless your teeth is stronger than mine. read more

Just wanted to give an update on the facial services here. They are fantastic and Christina is the best. At my first appointment she went over a form I filled out about my skin and my needs. She is very thorough and my skin has never felt and looked better! The room is very comfortable and relaxing, I almost forget there are people outside getting threaded! Took my mom to get her eyebrows done and they were fabulous!! Very sweet staff and great at what they do! They made her eyebrows look full and flawless, and the experience was pretty pain free! Never going here again. I had been a few times with ok results but went yesterday, had bushy eyebrows that just needed a clean up. Instead the girl totally messed up my eyebrows and gave me thin crooked eyebrows. I have good brows with good arch and she completely destroyed them. My right brow has a dip in the top...how do you destroy an arch that bad?!...the bottom base of the brow she took way too high, I even had to ask her correct the unevenness while there because my right brow was lower than the left because she took so much off the left. And now I have thin straight across brows with a dip in the top of my right brow. Awful, just awful. I am so disappointed and upset...and hope my eyebrows grow back ok. read more
