Gina is GREAT! I came here on a whim the day before Christmas Eve. I literally walked in, sat down and 10 minutes later I was a new woman!!! I've gone here for the past couple of years and have liked the work it was easy and simple and good prices! I'm not sure if the women I had was new or not but when she had me check in the mirror after she had finished, she had cut my eyelid and didn't say anything about it until I saw it. I then noticed half of the hair was still there and went home and finished plucking my own eyebrows. The women muttered an apology and walked away. To make it worse I was getting my brows done for my wedding. I will not be going back any more. read more

I've been coming to Bella for about 4-5 years now. I go to both this location and even drive to the Encinitas location because she's hands down one of the best. She is consistent, gentle, and remembers exactly what you want. The location is very clean and all of the staff is very welcoming the moment you walk in the door. However every other time I came back she has a line of people waiting for her, so I go to another lady and let me tell you, they've messed up my eyebrows everytime. I would never go back here again to get my teeth whiten. After the teeth whitening service, my teeth and enamel immediately became sensitive to cold/hot foods and any air for a few days. The edges of gums were burnt off and took more than a week to heal. This was the worst teeth whitening experience I've ever had. I've been to many and the best experience I've had so far is at the San Diego Teeth Whitening Center. I am learning not to get teeth whitening service done at a brow shop or tanning shop which was also where I tried. Please learn from my experiences through my reviews, unless your teeth is stronger than mine. read more

My brows have never been so symmetrical! This was my first experience threading. I have waxed and tweezed before and I would say this my have actually been less painful. No chance of ripping skin off with hot wax or pinching myself with tweezers. The threader was able to remove very short hairs that I thought would be left behind. I am hooked. Never going here again. I had been a few times with ok results but went yesterday, had bushy eyebrows that just needed a clean up. Instead the girl totally messed up my eyebrows and gave me thin crooked eyebrows. I have good brows with good arch and she completely destroyed them. My right brow has a dip in the top...how do you destroy an arch that bad?!...the bottom base of the brow she took way too high, I even had to ask her correct the unevenness while there because my right brow was lower than the left because she took so much off the left. And now I have thin straight across brows with a dip in the top of my right brow. Awful, just awful. I am so disappointed and upset...and hope my eyebrows grow back ok. read more

Just wanted to give an update on the facial services here. They are fantastic and Christina is the best. At my first appointment she went over a form I filled out about my skin and my needs. She is very thorough and my skin has never felt and looked better! The room is very comfortable and relaxing, I almost forget there are people outside getting threaded!
