I NEVER write reviews. But this is long overdue. It's actually my first time ever so let's see how this goes. This is pretty much 2 reviews in 1 since I have been both a customer and student of Brow Bunny. Let's start as a customer. I first got my microblading procedure done back on 2016. I've loved them so much that I've been going back ever since and have brought others along with me to get their brows done too. Jackie is AMAZING at what she does and it shows in her work that she loves what she does. Her vibe is awesome and always makes me feel welcomed. She walks you through every step of her process and answers all your questions and concerns. My eyebrows are in good hands and I will continue to go to her. Now the student part. After a few years of procrastinating and second guessing if I should or not, I finally decided to take the class. I took her one on one microblading class which included 2 full days plus a Kit that included everything you would need for a few sessions. Again, Jackie was awesome! Very patient with me to the point where she was sitting besides me helping me out at figuring out how to place every stroke. She had no problem answering all my questions. I'm obviously not perfect with my skill yet but I will practice and practice until I'm close to her skill level. After listening to Jackie's story of how she got to where she is now, she has inspired me to want to do the same. My goal is to at some point have my own business and be able to make others feel happy and confident in themselves the way she did for me. Hello, Writing this for my wife. My wife took the her training here or what we expected to be training. Like another wrote a day coarse in 4 1/2 hours. Nothing special or over the top on quality. Class was basic and well as the teacher. My wife was not happy. Supplies given to take home where not worth the money paid. Come to find out shortly after finishing the coarse blades where expired and bought off amazon. Materials sent home where sample size and like those bought off amazon. My wife had question and concerns after the class. She tried to reach out to the trainer numerous time and she never replied. If your looking for a training coarse really put together this is not the place. Trainer is not professional training material is China brand bases items. And as far as training is concerned you will only receive it durning the coarse. Not after in anyway. Save your money and for a little more pay for a coarse with extensive reviews. Do not pay the 1800$ for this coarse. read more

BE AWARE!!! This is not a micro blading class this is a workshop. I took the class which was supposed to be a full day and turned out to be only 4 and 1/2 hours. The class was very brief and i wasn't told of all the other fees I would have to pay to the city in order to have this service in my location. I felt that Jackie who is the owner and teacher of the class was not clear about everything and she just taught us briefly and not accurately on this whole process. She also promised me that I could bring a model to work on for hands on training.She did not do as promised and I am still waiting for her call after 3 months... She led me to believe she was nice and was going to work with me but she just led me on but was quick to take my money.and I am so upset that I spent my hard earned money with her to try and learn this skill . Be Aware!! This is not a hands on training course!! I felt Cheated with my Time and Money!!! She was very unprofessional due to not answering my calls and text messages. She brushed me off...Save your money and go else where!!! I wish I would've read something like this before taking her 4 hour workshop .
