Been wanting to come try this place and finally came with a group of friends * great amount of parking * great outdoor seating * great location The brouwerji west literally only have beer + alcohol + bottled/can drinks + some ice cream selection. I personally was hoping they would have some food options or at least some non-alcoholic beverages other than cans of Coke and Fanta. The outdoor had one food truck and one bbq truck / stand. By the time we arrived in the evening around 5:30... the bbq truck was packing up and leaving so the only food option was the food truck. It was a Mediterranean food truck with French fries and shawarmas ... our party had about 7 kids and ... our experience there was pretty not kid friendly. There were barely anything for them to eat or drink other than French fries. Was hoping they had more options and choices for families. It was still a fun experience for us to hang out but .... If we came again we would need to bring our own food and snacks for the kids. read more

There was a long line that went by quickly and efficiently. My friend bought a table outside and it was nice to be able to leave our belongings there and sit down. It was in an upper separate area with a guard which was an extra bonus. I had a slushy drink and it was perfect (strong too)! There were a few great food trucks as well. I lallaalove this hidden underground kinda brewery lol. Very discreet location and not the easiest to find if you haven't been here. Cool and chill place to catch some brews or a game also at the same time! This brewery doesn't offer food but they do have different food trucks on different days of the week. Pros: You are more than welcomed to also bring your own food here and have your own picnic. There is plenty of seating with lots of benches and shaded as well! Perfect for larger parties with plenty of easy parking also. I might go catch a Dodger game here soon maybe this week :) read more

This brewery has great vibes! They usually have a seasonal photo setup where customers can take free pictures in front of. But because it's so huge and open, it's always really cold in there. Their service is fast. Their taps are great as well. The only complaint I have is that their michelada wasn't not very good. Their chamoy tasted like pure tamarindo with zero sugar. read more

Found this place by chance today when I was in San Pedro. His place is great, very spacious. Big screen tv to watch the dodger game on and live music on Sundays. They have bbq and a spacious outside with plenty of tables and shade. They have a huge beer selection at about $7-$8 a glass. This place seems very popular because it's quite busy but there are plenty of people working the counter and got through the line quickly. Parking is easy they have a huge lot that they share. I'm not in San Pedro often but when I do come back I will come back and try this place again. read more

Karaoke on Thursday nights and fun events happening on the weekend. Food trucks out front if you are hungry. Good service and fast. Visited on a Saturday at 2pm and it wasn't too busy. So bottom line. The beer here is not that great. The dog ate my homework is the only drink I get whenever I come here and it's good but I don't prefer sweet beers. Have tried their IPAs, blondes, seltzers... no bueno. Whenever I go I try to sample their other beers to see if that ever changes. So far it hasn't. That being said, I do come here sometimes because it is a really nice space and it's local. It's huge and has nice hanging lights. Food trucks are usually there but I would check their Instagram or website for the schedule. They also have been starting to throw events like concerts and dance parties. Ahh this place is so cool, I love that it's so big and has plenty of food trucks from pizza to sloppy joes in the outside area. The pizza was a solid 6 but having the choice of being there just makes it that much better. There was also a flea market to my surprise in the warehouse across the way. There is ample parking space and even noticed the trolley has a stop in there amazingggg. The drinks are solid, really good tasting micheladas. AND they have a photo booth which makes for all the more memories(bring cash). Also super kid friendly and staff comes around to clear glasses from table often . read more

Came here for Crafted at Port of Los Angeles but I saw this place too. So I checked out this place before it opened up. They were open early to host the FIFA games. Here was my experience: AMBIANCE: Parking: Plenty of parking. The spot was an old space for old storage warehouses. Now that it is a brewery and arts and crafts place so you really shouldn't have issues with parking. Seating: The place itself is pretty cool outdoor patio seating and inside seating as well. Room for plenty of people over 100 people. Feels: The location is like no other, it's close to a renovated dock, warehouse, and park. It took me a while to find the place so keep your eyes peeled. Inside is pretty spacious with night hanging lights, a huge projector for a tv, and plenty of seating. They're very active and creative with events from game night, sports night, karaoke, and DJ nights. They also have a few food trucks too. If you need to reserve for company events, they got you! BREWS: Pina Colada Hard Seltzer (Recommend) Excellent! You certainly can taste the pineapple and coconut kick to it. This was a pretty fun drink. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! The good: This is a great beer hall space that's spacious, dog friendly and family friendly. It has that Denver, urban, hipster, industrial and trendy atmosphere with wall art, exposed brewing equipment, a photo booth, garage doors, and communal benches and tables. They sometimes have food trucks outside. There's sometimes live music outside. The outdoor space is partially covered. The indoor space includes a Photo Booth and communal benches and tables. I tried three beers and enjoyed them all. I really liked the Michelada. It was delicious. You could get it with beer or a seltzer. They have beers you can buy to bring home too. I liked their menu and how it was organized by alcohol percentage, beer type, and sizes. They have trivia nights. The bad: There were no food trucks when I came on a Monday. This is an interesting and awesome brewery and more. Located kind of away from the rest of the downtown areas that most would visit, the brewery is a huge space. We were here for a wedding and so experienced more than just a day of beer tastings. The event was well managed and the space was great. Another California brewery adventure which this fine state often produces some very fine craft beer! Brouwerij West is no exception to this. I got a very good pilsner from this brewery, the Popfuji. This pilsner was clean, crisp and had a nice sweet flavor to it. All the great characteristics an excellent pilsner should have. Very good beer that Steve and I enjoyed! A really fantastic brewery! Probably one of my favorites in the LA area. It's down in San Pedro area across the bridge from Long Beach and is right next to the Crafted marketplace, which is a great place to visit afterwards for clothes, food, unique gifts, and othee craft items. The brewery is huge with special events every now and then and they good food trucks that are here too. The beer is really good and they have an excellent array of brews. You'll definitely find something you'll like here! They also have some brewery goodies for purchase as well! Very fun and cute items for sale here too. I love that we have this local brewery in our neighborhood! We can even ride our bikes from the house because it's so close. There have a huge space and it does get really lively during the weekend because of live music and food trucks. Excellent for large groups and families. Super cool brewery and market area. Got here shortly after opening on a Saturday and it became increasingly busy quickly. They have a contactless menu and you order directly on your phone and someone brings them out quite quickly and they have a good range of options from Seltzers to IPAs. I had tried some of their items before because Trader Joe's carried them, but it was nice to have the whole experience here. I am not normally in the San Pedro area, but I would make the trip out again to have some drinks here. Cool vibes, plenty of parking and seating, and unique stands in the market.
