They're delicious and full of flavor. Add that to their amazing staff who knows everything there is to know about beers and you can't go wrong. Pair a good beer with a food truck like Felice Italian Catering and it's a match made in heaven! That pizza of theirs. . . yum! They also have a newly opened location in Echo Park and another location in Anaheim if you can't get to this one. If you haven't tried this place, you have to! It's my favorite local brewery and I'm sure it'll be yours too. Don't forget to grab some beers to take home. Come one, come all! Cheers!

If…read morethey had a dispensary with a smoking area in the vacant upstairs (or is it vacant?) this spot would be a 5 star to me just because of how mellow it is. I do wish they had a rewards program, I didn't see one anywhere advertised. The service was cool and helpful, they earned their tip. The price is high. If the food truck didn't have vegan options I'd give it 3 stars, especially because both times I was here I felt like I was breathing in propane. Still a cool place! I would most likely come here for to go beer but it's expensive.

This place hits the trifecta. The beer selection is incredible with a style for everyone, but what…read morereally blew me away was the customer service. The staff was incredibly welcoming (Especially Matt) , knowledgeable, and more than happy to offer recommendations based on what we usually like. On top of that, the food is way beyond your standard greasy pub grub--everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the drinks. It's officially our new go-to spot. Can't wait to come back! PLEASE DONT LISTEN TO THESE TRASH REVIEWS.

My family and I have come to this brewery many times to celebrate birthdays and special occasions…read more Unfortunately, over the past couple visits, I've noticed the customer service has steadily declined. It feels like the staff is more concerned with getting out exactly at closing time than making guests feel welcomed and valued. Our last visit on 06/25/2026 was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had here. We were celebrating my stepdaughter's birthday with a large group. As closing time approached, one of our family members still had a nearly full beer. Without any warning or politely letting us know it was time to finish up, a tall white male employee (who refused to provide his name when asked) simply walked up and took the beer off the table. What made it even more frustrating was that there were other tables around us with guests who also had drinks, yet our party was the only one singled out. To make matters worse, we had brought a birthday cake to celebrate. We politely asked another short female employee for a few plastic plates and utensils so we could cut the cake before leaving. We were told no because they were closing. This has never been an issue during our previous birthday celebrations here. These were disposable plastic plates and utensils that would have gone straight into the trash, so refusing such a simple request came across as pure unwillingness to provide basic customer service. I spent 10 years working in the food and hospitality industry before starting my current career, so I understand exactly what closing a restaurant or brewery entails. I know employees want to leave on time, but I also know that providing good customer service until the last guest leaves is part of the job. If customers need to wrap things up, there is a respectful way to communicate that. You don't take someone's drink without warning, and you don't refuse a simple request that would have taken less than a minute. Everyone in our party left upset and disappointed. It was honestly embarrassing to watch employees treat loyal customers this way. This brewery used to be our go-to place for birthdays, but after this experience, we will not be returning. I rarely write negative reviews because I understand everyone has bad days. However, this experience was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses the lack of hospitality and provides better customer service training, because the employees working that evening did not represent the level of service that keeps loyal customers coming back. Both the female worker with tattoos and piercings and the tall male were extremely rude when confronted. If you choose to visit, just be aware that if you're there close to closing time, your experience may depend more on how quickly the staff wants to leave than on making you feel like a valued guest.

Ambiance/Environment: It's half indoor and half outdoor. My family rented this out for a private event. They had a sign for us too. I didn't catch their names, but they were very knowledgeable about the menu and quick & efficient. They even offered us recommendations. Drinks: I like sweet alcoholic drinks, so I tried majority of the fruity seltzers and light/sweet beers. Everything tasted great! I appreciated the recommendations since it was my first time here.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and socialize. They have a dedicated game room with darts and a pool table, along with multiple screens for watching sports. It's also a popular hangout for diehard LA Galaxy fans! Food trucks and pop-up vendors are regular features, so there's usually something tasty to enjoy with your beer. Parking is convenient and easy to find, which is always a plus in the South Bay. They also host fun community events, including live bands, DJ nights, and trivia. There's even a TouchTunes jukebox where you can pick your own music. As Torrance residents, this has become one of our favorite neighborhood hangouts. Whether you're stopping by for a cold beer, catching a game, enjoying live music, or spending time with friends, Absolution Brewing has something for everyone. A well-rounded brewery with great beer, good vibes, and a genuine sense of community. Highly recommended!

Oso's BBQ is there on Fridays. They've also have rotating eateries such as Masala Boss Pizza, Smashed Up Burgers and Irie Tacos. The brewery also features a mini game room that has darts, a foosball table and a mini Photo Booth. This room is also where the cooking classes are held. Typically cooking classes are on Sundays from 12-2pm and require advanced ticket reservations. Overall Absolution Brewery is a good local brewery. I'm happy to have discovered this and love supporting local places like this.

We were able to sit on the patio and people watch as we enjoyed our food. We got 3 items: the sausage platter, the ceviche and we shared the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The sausage platter featured 3 different sausages and came with some delicious Dijon mustard and our favorite some pickled radish. We enjoy most pickled, sauerkraut, kimchee and coleslaw style cold side dishes. The ceviche was decent, but what especially stood out was the bread chips that came with the Ceviche to scoop the ceviche with. Finally, the Philly cheesesteak stole the show. It featured cheese meat and onions, but what was especially delicious was the bread. It was soft and lightly toasted. Later I learned they add a garlic aioli sauce that really brings this sandwich to light. They do have a sign outside that says "best breakfast burrito in Redondo beach" outside and you can only get this burrito on the weekends from 10a-Noon. We had to test this out so we waiting til the weekend to try and got the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito. The burrito was good, but I wouldn't say it's the best in Redondo beach. The highlights I've come to learn are the garlic aioli sauce that is featured in the Philly and the breakfast sandwich. Very impressive. We will be back to try their lunch specials throughout the week.
