Like the kind of person you wished was your long-time, next door neighbor. When he quoted me a price, it sounded so reasonable, considering how much repair work needed doing, and the substantial amount of additional work Reliable Roofers were going to include in their price, i decided why not get an estimate for the whole roof. The estimate was extremely reasonable, so i've just signed a contract with Reliable Roofers today. Bob is the kind of low-key sales person, whom you will be fortunate to find in today's business world. The type of individual that seems to have vanished from America, who is a real person, and represents the kind of humanity that we once experienced here. After talking to the owner, Jospeth he personally sent out his brother Mike to provide a more thorough inspection. Michael was attentive and listened very well to the concerns and identified the issue quickly. Over the years, I have consulted with several companies and found the estimate to be very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceptional. The owner and Mike also obliged to my request to run water on the roof with a hose to make sure every drop was going to where it was supposed to go. They had a relative / friend post a star review. Isn't this odd. Their friend location is in South Carolina. The company responded I had a 4 bedroom house, yet they only "cleaned" (loosely saying the word "cleaned") 2. They arrived a 1:30pm and 3:00pm on the dot. As they were walking out I said did you clean this vinyl floor, the owner said yes. I replied there is no way, this looks the same. He told the lady to go get the swifter, she came in and was doing a half job for less then 5 minutes. I told them that is ok. Furthermore, I should have known they were going to be shady. Before purchasing the Groupon deal I called them and ask when I purchase the deal how soon can you come. The owner said if you purchase through us directly then we can come tomorrow, if you go through groupon it would be a few weeks to a month. I should have went with Groupon at least I would have had some accountable. Actually, I will call Groupon to inform them how this company is undercutting them and being shady.

I had never used a cleaning service before for my house. I did not know what expect. I put a request on Yelp and my request was submitted to 4 different cleaning service companies. Only 2 responded. I filled out the request at 4pm and got a response from this company immediately! They also were available to come next day, that's what I wanted. There was a guy and a girl who showed up ready to work. They took their time and did a GREAT job. A bit pricey so I could not afford s monthly cleaning but maybe once every 4 months. Kept me updated on arrival time. My first experience was good. I will use them again.
