There are far more reputable companies out there which can handle your home remodeling or roofing needs that actually deliver on their promise. We were referred to Ryan to use for a home remodel; Paint and new carpet. When trying to do our own background search on him and his company we came up with nothing. His recommendation came high so we went with him. After hiring him it didn't take long for things to go south. What should have been a 2 week job turned into a 1 month job. Even then not all the work was completed. Not surprising, he only had 1 man actually doing the entire home renovation. We had to hire another company to do the carpet because he couldn't deliver. There were excuses for everything and no accountability. They didn't paint behind fixtures , just around until we called them out on it. Even then it wasn't all done. It's lazy work. They got paint on our tile floor because they laid down poor sub flooring. Ryan ended up removing the clear coat from our tile floor trying to fix it. Now our tile floor looks like someone scratched it up with a metal rake. They ruined the baseboards in all of the bedrooms and closets because the didn't remove the old carpet before painting. The paint "glued" the old carpet to the baseboards. Where's Ryan now? Who knows, he took off with our money and hasn't returned a call, email or text to come back and finish the work. Ryan is a "Yes" man. He'll tell you everything you want to hear and downplay everything to make you feel at ease. His work supposedly comes with a warranty but good luck getting that honored. Prior to the home remodel project Ryan replaced the roof on our home. It wasn't until after we moved in that a gas company tech came by the house to inspect. Ryan did not make sure water heater vents were hooked up after the roof was replace causing carbon Monoxide was venting into our attic space. No post safety checks. Not surprising. For anyone doing a background check on him, Google Aspect Roofing. This is another company of his where you can find customer complaints.

Foreman did a presentation on a laptop, intentionally skipping pertinent information and documents. Foreman then fraudulently, superimposed my signature on a document(lien) I did not sign and never knew existed. RR took months to complete my roof due to their excuses and delays. Afterwards, RR left packs of shingles in front of my garage for two months, they were supposed to be removed in a few days. There were two separate times, I did not hear from RR for over 30 days. RR always has an excuse for their over promising and under producing! I would love to include pictures of my new garage door and the interior leak RR was supposed to fix, but after six months of lies, delays, and fraud, I informed RR that due to their breach of contract, I was severing business ties with them. Foreman stated that, this is my fault, and that I have to use RR to complete the project. Ready Roofings lies, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior are not my fault! While I already knew this, I do not have to, and I am not using RR to complete the project. RR has stated they are filing a lien(with a fraudulent superimposed signature) on my house, as well as, theft of services charges. I'm looking forward to my day in court! EXAMPLE OF READY ROOFING'S UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: I own a two story home. An internal leak started upstairs. RR sent contractors to repair the leak downstairs. I stated to the contractor, When it rains, due to gravity, the leak from upstairs is going to travel downwards and ruin this repair, why are you not upstairs, where the leak originated? An argument ensued and I had to literally tell the contractor to get out of house, twice. The contractor did $300.00 worth of damage to the Scribe Molding in my kitchen, which I have not been compensated for. I contacted Foreman and his response was, you will have to file another claim. No, I will not file another claim. I will use a reputable company moving forward. I have several other documented examples of Foreman and Ready Roofings lies, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH READY ROOFING AGAIN! I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH READY ROOFING, UNLESS YOU WANT LIES, EXCUSES, DELAYS, AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR!

Ben was referred to me by a friend who is quite meticulous. After a thorough inspection, I got a quote that was quite reasonable, and lower than a previous one I had gotten. They actually were available a day earlier than we had anticipated, and were prepared for them to show up very early. Sure enough, at 6:45 they were on site and ready to begin. Seven hours later, they were finished. They had an experienced crew of about 7 pros who got up there and fixed the issues, replacing decking as needed and gave us a roof that looked far better than the one that came original to the house. Additionally, they replaced the wind turbines and vent stacks. Finally, they painted all the stacks and chimney a nice grey to match the color of the shingles. Wow, it really looks great! Throughout the process, Ben kept me in the loop, and I was quite impressed. I can't wait to smile the next time the rains come down!

Then eventually a situation arose and a roof replacement was needed. Keith guided the process the entire way - from the initial meeting with the insurance adjuster and he made sure all hail damage was noted for the full claim. The roof replacement and fence stain were resolved quickly and trouble free. But there was a significant issue with the insurance companies assessment of our gutters and linear feet measurements of what needed to be replaced. It took several months, numerous phone calls and communication with the insurance company to finally get them to resolve the issue. Keith was persistent, polite, yet direct to finally get the insurance company to correct their own error and get the full gutters replaced.
