To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. We has a very bad storm blow through Garland last month and my neighbor found TC roofing. He was…read moregetting his roof inspected and based on the reviews online I asked if I can have my roof inspected. Phillip said after he was done with my neighbor's inspection he would look at mine at no charge. He took about 20 minutes and checked my roof. When he came down from the roof he explained what he saw with photos and laymans terms. He was not pushy and said I did not need a new roof at this time. Fast forward two weeks and another bad storm in Garland. He and one of the owners of the company was back in the neighborhood looking at other roof's. A part of siding had fallen and I asked him how much he would charge to put it back up. He said give him 20 minutes and he will do it. I tried to pay him but he said no charge. They looked at my roof again and everything was okay. The honesty and customer service is off the charts. They did not try to sell me services that I did not need and was honest about my roof. Helping me with the siding issue and not charging was very kind. When I do need a new roof I will call them and if anyone in my circles need a roof I will tell them to go to TC and no one else.
