So I ordered delivery from this spot yesterday via an online platform and I kept on getting an error message when processing my payment. I then contacted the restaurant to place my order and the owner picked up. He sounded very busy but was very pleasant and accommodating. Shortly afterwards my delivery guy called upon arrival and very friendly as well. I ordered 12 Buffalo Wings and a Margarita Pizza. I definitely rate them 10 out of 10 on both items. I'd slap my mama for another slice. OK, so picture this, I'm watching the final four and my tummies been a little bit upset all day. All I need is a simple slice of cheese. I have never written a review, however, I had to due to the horrendous customer service of this restaurant. I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, which came with maybe 10 individual pieces of chicken. When I called the store, they hung up the phone 5 times, and spoke disrespectfully every single time, mocking me. Love this place - my favs are the Brooklyn Pie, Buffalo pie and Chicken Cutlet with Ranch! The garlic knots are fantastic as well! The Brooklyn pie is a thin crust square pan pie that's so flavorful- thin and crunchy crust! The sauce makes it - such a great combination! There was a time I would get a few pies once a week at work for months in a row - never disappointed! Margherita pizza is fantastic as well! BTW their garlic knots are the best in the area. Reading the other reviews, I have to say in about the past 10 yrs, I've hardly had any issues with delivery- perhaps they knew who we were and what we wanted... Workers there are really friendly too! Honestly, aside from the Brooklyn pie- which recently has not been consistent in terms of flavor, this pizza is just OK. The sauce is nothing special, neither is their technique. I've had sandwiches here that also lack flavors. The sauce is just always missing something - like garlic or basil or salt. It's never justtt right. We've enjoyed the Brooklyn pie and order that, but the one time the sauce was extremely garlicy- again never just righttt, always missing the mark. The other time it seemed to have no basil or garlic in it at all and we had to fix it at home- which is lame considering I'm paying 25$ for pizza at the end of the day. Their pizza is outstanding--perfect New York style thin pizza with firm, chewy crust, delicious sauce. Their burgers are delicious with large patties, flavorful, tender meat on large buns. Fries and onion rings are crispy. The garlic knots are chewy, greasy (in a good way!) and garlicky, and come with the tasty pizza sauce to dip in. The fried mozzarella sticks have nice crispy skin and stretchy insides and also come with the pizza sauce to dip in. Their rolls appear to be made of their pizza dough, which, as mentioned, is excellent. So always look forward to a meal there. read more

I hadn't been inside Brothers Pizza for a few years. My return was memorable in that I was pleasantly surprised by the environment created by the owners. Rather than a fairly run down joint, it was now well furnished, bright, and managed by a very amiable woman and her staff. I ordered two plain slices and used my Yelp coupon for a free drink. That is always a plus. Sadly, the positives end there. My pizza while plenty hot lacked a firm crust. It was soft and did not hold up when lifted off the paper plates. It sagged immediately. For me, this is the essential test. If a slice cannot hold up its point, but droops like a dog ear making a first bite difficult, disappointment ensues. While the taste was of pizza, the non-existent crunch of a good firm pizza bottom really made eating the slices an unpleasant chore. It was not a true pizza experience. From tip to outer crust ring, every bite was just hot, soft and doughy. It was almost as if the slices had been microwaved to reheat rather than put back in the oven to restore to proper eating condition. I don't know that they were, but how else account for this? The sign over the storefront says, "The Best Pizza In Town." At least today, it certainly was not. read more

Must be something in the water here because the service here was also ver, ver, very slooooow. Ordered via Yelp and waited over an hour to get our food. I was worried my order didn't go through. The sandwiches were actually decent. The bread was delish. Very soft and melts in your mouth. Each sandwich we got was very good. BLT, Turkey Club & Meatball sub. All very tasty! I did love the meatball sub the most. The meatball was cooked perfectly. Low key wanted to order more but remembered the slow service and decided to pass. Overall decent and they do deliver. So if ever you're in a bind and too lazy to go elsewhere, why not? read more

This is my preferite pizzeria in the area. The pizza and the ingredients are great and the people are very friendly and welcoming. I have been there also at lunch time and they really have a big selection of ready pizza slices. My preterite are Chicken Ranch and the pizza with Rigatoni on it. They are great, even if the second one is very heavy ;) I have just to complain about the time schedule, because on Sunday they really use to close very early, and the last 3 times that I went there (at 8:50, 9 p.m.) was already too late. Really surprised at how high the ratings were for this place. Since Cranbury Pizza burned down we have been in search of a replacement and I can say this place is a definite no. While the buffalo wings were very good, the pizza was a wet over-sauced mess and the sauce itself is way too sweet with no real tomato flavor. The garlic knots were also outstanding but the main parts of the meal were mediocre at best. The eggplant parm hero which someone raved about had hardly any eggplant and was just not up to par. Again, it's not horrible just not very good for the high ratings. read more

Currently, a doctor in Princeton, formerly raised in Manhattan, ordered a "the works" pizza from brothers pizza in west Windsor, which they charged Manhattan-like whopping $29 for, which ended up being an undercooked moist raw crust, not enough cheese or toppings, which obviously we paid for at the $29 price in the middle of nowhere NJ and the pizza tasted like raw garbage and to make it all worth we all got sick from whatever chemicals they used in their sauce/ or toppings. How did I not write a review about Brother's all this time??? For those of you that are still debating on which pizzeria is better in the area, stop debating. Brother's wins hands down. Fresh and tasty sauce, baked to perfection and the choices that are available even for a vegetarian! The tiramisu is amazing. The cheesecake is a bit meh but who cares when you have so many other things to devour? So far garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, plain cheese pizza, margarita pizza, white pizza, pasta pizza (the best I have had) ... oh, you can't go wrong with this place. And apparently they even have more varieties during lunch which I haven't tried yet. And not to mention the service. Anytime I call to "reserve" my pasta pizza, they don't even ask my name, they just put it aside and I have never been disappointed. And the girls at the counter are always smiling and one time, we ordered the pizza and were waiting in the car for it to be cooked.
