Had a pepperoni pizza, slices are big. Wasn't horrible but wasn't the best. Taste was kinda bland wasn't very flavorful.

The bread is too thick as ny "style" pizza. There is good amount of cheese on the pizza. However Not too many pepperoni's. The bread was also too chewy for me. The sauce was not memorable. It just didn't hit the spot. read more

We have frequently ordered from here since moving to the area and have been pleased every time. The pizza is delicious and their chicken wings rival the wing experts! My visit tonight is what is prompting this review, when we ordered a pizza for pick-up. Upon arrival, I gave my name and paid. Unfortunately, I rushed out of there without checking the order, got home and found I had picked up the wrong order. I immediately called and they apologized and sent our correct order to our home without hesitation. The delivery driver wouldn't even consider taking an additional tip for the trouble. It's refreshing encountering a business who is about the customer's satisfaction first and foremost, while providing an excellent product. After an hour of waiting for my pizza the wrong pizza was delivered. When the driver called back to the store the owner Mike is very rude and unapologetic and tries to intimidate me into keeping the wrong order by saying he won't come back for an hour and a half. An hour and a half later they finally show up with the right order and a new receipt charging me more money. When I call the store upset bc of the whole situation the owner hangs up on me twice. The owner is a thief! I ordered a pizza that rang up as $14. The driver got there quick so I gave him a 20% gratuity, at 2.80. Two days later, I noticed they had charged me $28.00. I thought I had maybe written $2.80 in the "total" line by mistake, and a tired clerk at the end of the night mistakenly thought it said $28.00, or maybe they just charged me twice by mistake, I went in to get it cleared up. When the owner showed me my ticket I had written $2.80 perfectly on the tip space, and he fed me some BS story about how the driver asked me if "i was sure" I meant $28.00 as the total and even called him up to make sure it was okay, which absolutely did not happen. And then he had the nerve to blame me for not adding the tip to the total and writing that down too! He was was extremely rude and warned me that next time he wouldn't refund my money back. I'll be sure never to give him the opportunity! Only an abject moron would think $2.80 on the tip line meant $28.00 as the total, the owner simply thought he could jip me out of an extra $14 and hope I wouldn't remember because I had had a couple beers that night. Unless you want to risk an overdraft fee like me, do not buy from here! They aren't even the best brother's pizza in town, the woodlands location is far better if you're willing to make the drive. i know it's a pizza place, but we ordered buffalo wings. we were done with the pizza, waited another 15 minutes, decided it was taking too long and we weren't hungry anymore, so i cancelled the wings. the lady pretty much talked to me like i killed her dog. told me to never come back. ok. no problem. she was scary enough to where i'm ok with this. oh, and some people like greasy pizza, theirs is extra greasy, if you like that style, go for it. yeah, i like thier pizza, but she might have done my health a favor! read more

The staff was very rude.... I called my order in because I knew it would take some time to make the calzone as well as the pizza... and I did not want to sit in the restaurant long so when I made the phone call the gentleman was very rude and abrupt. When I got to the location to pick up my order he was a little bit more patient but not a lot the food was horrible and the pizza was tough the cheese was tough......I do not know how this place has the ratings that it does and I am a chef. The spaghetti was very below subpar at $8 a plate it came with 3 meatballs the sauce did not even taste homemade and the noodles were very cold the salad was awful as well the calzone.....they were freaking soggy.... and the pizza was greasy.... I don't think I will see this place again. They lost my business.... I don't even know why I gave them a star....... I guess because I like stars and maybe because I wanted to see what it look like lit up...... lmfao!!! This place is a f****** joke I don't even know how they are in business the people that eat here are a joke that give them more than one star apparently they don't know what good food is! As good as it gets for the North Side of Houston. Real NYC style pizza, I would recommend ordering a whole pie if you decide to get toppings to have it fresh as possible. Cheese is the best tasting pizza here, The Calzone is great. Avoid other Italian dishes, the Chicken Perm hasn't been nearly as good as the northeast and doesn't use all white meat chicken. There is no wine but there is a beer selection. Delivery takes just as much time as Domino or Pizza hut but without the fancy tracking apps. Service is just like it is in NYC, This isn't a Brisket house so that's why I can't understand why anyone would comment on the lack of "Southern Hospitality" when these people lived in the Northeast and do what they do best, Pizza, Calzones, and fresh delivery. I always had great service and the owners are fantastic people once you get to know them and they're not busy answering calls, making food, and taking orders. Fun place to be when watching a game and you just want avoid the typical bar atmosphere while having a few more beers after the pizza. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Called ahead to ask about accommodating a large group for a little league team party, gave a head count of 25-30 people. When we arrived the manager was angry we had brought in such a large group. He stated that it was bad for his business, despite the fact that everyone ordered food. If he couldn't accommodate, he should have said so during the initial call and we would have gone elsewhere. There will be at least 11 families who will never again be patronizing this business. Very rude and unfriendly. The young guy working is the only friendly one but the owner and his wife are very rude. My fiancee called in to place an order for pick up and got interrupted three times while trying to make the order, then before he could finish correcting the man for the order he hung up on him. My fiancee being very mad about this, called back and said "can I please fucking finish my order" although I don't agree with him cursing I also think it was very unreasonable that when he said this the man threatened to call the police on him. Not like they would do anything about it but regardless very odd and unprofessional. When we arrived to pick it up his wife refused to tell us his name when we asked. He finally walked up very rudely and said its Mike. So yes very unprofessional and rude people besides the young guy, but hey at least the pizza isn't bad. Hello let me start by saying that I usually don't give reviews, but this place was so disappointing. I arrived and the place looked clean and well organized, but the service completely sucked. There was an older lady behind the counter who I noticed me and walked away. Then when she did acknowledged me she was very short. Another couple arrived after me and she completely changed her attitude. Later While waiting for my order noticed another family being ignored like me. The difference was pretty obvious by then. This places customer service is distasteful. The pizza by all means is great. I've never left a bad review on yelp, yet was compelled to share my experience. I called an order in. It was repeated correctly. Upon picking my order up, it was repeated what I ordered correctly. I got home and set the pizzas on the bar. My 4 boys helped themselves. When I came to the table to check on them I noticed one of the pies was wrong. I called them to inform them and was immediately presented with an attitude as if it was my fault. When I asked if it could be corrected I informed them that two slices would be missing because my kids got some before realizing it. They offered me three slices of my corrected order, even though there was 6 slices left. When I didn't agree to that I was met with hostility from the young blonde woman, and the owner. Unfortunately they have lost my business for life. They did correct my order with much attitude, even when I picked it up they were being rude about it. read more

Brothers Pizza in Spring Texas - Decent pizza but rude people if you order wings and the rest of your party has finished eating and are ready to go, but your wings still have not arrived and you complain about that minor inconvenience. And woe unto you if you should ask for your money back because the wings had not arrived for at least 25 minutes after they were ordered. Did I mention everyone else your party has finished eating are ready to leave? I have been there many times over the years, and they were always busy. However the times I have been there the last few months, they have not been very busy. Maybe I now undertand why. Could it be bad service and being rude to your customers is not really appreciated by your customers??? I am sure Brothers Pizza does not consider that an issue.
