They were flexible with scheduling and waited until our flooring project was completed before coming in for the trim and walls. We did have a minor issue with delayed communication, but it was apparently due to them transitioning to a new platform. Despite that, we got it sorted out and started the project on time. On the day of the painting, the project manager, Bette, did a walkthrough with her team before painting to ensure we were all on the same page.
