Nope.. i walked around the shop and there was a clear view of at least 30 empty tall beer cans in a box in the sub level. They didn't even try to put it in a less visible spot. Plus they quickly did only have of the inspection points that they were supposed to. And were annoyed when i was asking them questions about the services they offer. Guy seemed drunk. Employees do collect and recycle cans that customers leave or throw away when cleaning their cars for us to vacuum. There are about 6 trash cans through out the shop, it does not mean that is our trash or that we consumed everything that is in them. We have been in business since 2010 and have never had any issue or complaint of this matter. We have non english speaking employees also and if a customer approaches them with question they do not understand everything they are saying. No one is allowed to drink in the shop and definitely not on business hours. 08/01/2017 Forward Business response to Consumer 08/02/2017 BBB Reviews Consumer Rebuttal to Business Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was not aware that your shop does, "cleaning their cars for you to vacuum." I have never seen that service at any quick oil change station. Secondly, it would it be very counter-productive and unsightly for your team to take out the beer cans from the car and walk past your "6 trash cans through out the shop" to put in a box in the sub-level where it is visible to customers right under their vehicle. Lastly, how likely is it that every car you "clean" has THE SAME BUDWEISER 24oz TALL CAN (not sold in bulk), or that you would find over 30 of them in one car. Please be honest and show disciplinary action where due. Nice touch having a customer upload a picture of your "vacuum service" a week before your response to the complaint. read more

Honest, quick, thorough service. They tell you what things cost before they do it, and even vacuum your car's interior. My dorky Mazda uses a special oil filter, and they have never failed to tell me that it's an extra cost. No surprises here, courteous service, clean waiting area. Bathroom lock doesn't work well. Candy machines are a rip off. Otherwise great service. read more

I've been bringing my car here for over a year now, and I've never complained about their prices their service has always been great but today I was a little low on cash so I decided to ask for a student discount, before I could take out my wallet and show my expired student ID, the gentleman at the counter told me they don't give discounts to students so I just asked for a seniors discount atleast hoping he'd give me a break but no luck. I'm on a budget so I just found a place that does it for 6 bucks less and they're down the street aswell. Service has always been great but try to give customers a break once in a while. Send your residents coupons, might be a good suggestion but for now I'm sorry I have to bargain shop. read more

It have been taking my to them since 03. The service was great. Until today, I went for the oil change and transmission. We'll that was done pretty fast but wen I got sucker into buying a new car battery for "a low price" they didn't know what the f*** they were doing. It took them (J.R) 3 hrs, yes 3hr we'll almost 4. to change the battery. I wasted all morning till they almost closed. Then wen it came down for the grand total I ask for some kind of a comp. for them wasting my time. he was only going to give me 10dll yeap that much. Out of the hole bill. We'll I was calm the hole time till that moment I went off and yes I went out of hand but who wouldn't be. So peps oil change that's fine but anything more then that be prepare to stay 3 hr to maybe closing time. read more

I haven't serviced my vehicle in almost a year (my fault), so I found them on Yelp & decided to try them out based on the reviews. I was not disappointed at all. A gentleman by the name of Osmin serviced my vehicle & I let him know beforehand how long it's been since my last service. He and another mechanic, Ruben, went over my vehicle & gave me suggestions on what needed to be done ASAP and what could be done at a later time. Any questions I had, he gave me a through explanation & didn't make me feel like most mechanics do when they speak with a woman who doesn't understand vehicles. If you decide to get your car serviced here, I recommend Osmin, but if he is not available, the other mechanics are more than capable to help you out. read more

Has been coming to this place since I bought my car back in 2002. Only taken is twice to some other places (Dealer and Jiff Lube). This place is by far the best for service and price. Also, unlike most auto shops, they're open on weekends!!! read more

So I came here twice within a few months apart. I've noticed that since I was coming here I was losing fuel efficiency. My prius went from getting 580 miles to a full tank to as little as 400 miles to a full tank. Recently I had to change the water pump on my 2014 Toyota Prius and I did the job myself. When I went under the car to remove the skid plate I was shocked at what I saw. My skid plate in held in place by plastic screws that fail after removal. I noticed that it had the same plastic screws I changed myself months ago. So I took it off I also noticed that a different shop that i had went to over a year ago had the same markings on the oil pan drain plug when I had that shop do an oil change and had NOT BE removed. I took pictures and I have proof that they never did the oil change that I paid for. I did an oil change and guess what happens to my fuel efficiency, it shots up to 578 miles on a full tank in a heart beat. I went to shop this past weekend and spoke to to owner. He claimed he had video proof that they did the oil change. We reviewed the footage together and I pointed out to him the video only shows a guy adding oil to my car but doe show what happened underneath the car nor does it show if the guy is really adding oil to my car. We than walked together to inspect the car underneath and I pointed out my points and he me to bring the skid plate along with the plastic screws. I told him I would be back in less than 10 minutes since I live down the street. I returned in 7 minutes and guess what? The owner left and had his workers tell me that their was nothing he would do!! This little man did not want to face me when I returned and locked himself in his office. I learned my lesson, I will make sure I stand in a place that i can see them do the work. I am in the process of filling out a complaint with the CA BAR and show them my proof. I will update this review as I get more info. To the owner... I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR STEALING MY MONEY!!!! read more

Stopped here for an oil change b4 having to come to work. The guys here were really polite and did some quick service. Got all my fluids checked and topped off, this place has a much better vibe than the experience i had with going to jiffy lube, the asked me what kind of oil i wanted instead of me being told "you HAVE to get *this type of oil". After several years of using this location for oil changes, I was told by OZ my car is using oil because they are putting the 10-30w oil in instead of 5-20w my car normally uses. For an extra $10.00 they would put in the correct oil. I checked my past receipts and when the name changed from Texaco Express lube to Brothers Express lube is when they started putting in the wrong oil. When it was Texaco they put in the right oil at no additional charge. If you go into any auto parts store 5-20 oil cost the same as 10-30. Oz told me the reason they put the wrong oil in was that "I was too cheap to pay for the correct oil". This was the first time I was told the they were putting the incorrect oil in. This place reminds me of the old days when an oil change cost more if you had power steering or your car was green. They have fast service thats why I went there all these years but never again. This is not Texaco anymore. read more
