I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. They always get me in and out within minutes. Before moving to Long Beach, I only went to the dealership for any car problems. Once I moved, I wanted something more convenient and now I'll never go back to a dealership again. Today I went in for a service, and George let me know my tires weren't looking good. I told him I agreed (they were long overdue for a change), and he immediately connected me with his friend down the street. I ended up getting brand-new tires for an amazing price, the deal was so good it almost felt unreal. Once again, it was all thanks to George and his connections. They shout out everything they are doing and bring you hot coffee or an ice cold soda or water if you prefer that. They go over everything with you. Show you what they recommend. No real sales pressure to purchase extras. But they show you why they think you should get some extra stuff done to keep your car maintained. They go over everything. And I mean everything. From pulling out your cabin air filter to showing you the new oil filter and making sure you see that's coming out of a brand new box and that they have greased it up. I usually go to the dealership for this kind of stuff. But today I didn't have time and I'm just about to go on a long road trip. So I needed to get this done today and the dealership takes a long time. I will say I was extremely impressed and I will definitely be back again. I usually go to LongoToyota. However after this trip to the oilstop I don't think Longo will be getting any more business from me. While getting my oil changed at the oil stop it was discovered that there was sealant put on the gaskets around my oil pan plug and my oil filter. This was never told to me by the dealership.
