My opinion - stay away from Brothers Environmental. I have a contract with them and paid the full amount of $4217.70 for the work specified on a house that's undergoing a major renovation. They did $2552 worth of initial work back in July. Now that I'm ready to have the rest of the work done, I can't reach them on the phone - despite a week of calling. I tried emails as well. Probably left 12 messages total over the week. Finally, after I left a message on Yelp, they called me back - and told me they would be at the house on Wednesday morning November 11. I called them and also texted them to confirm the appointment. I had to pull an entire construction crew off the project for the day. And Brothers Environmental never showed up. And they never called me. Or emailed. Or anything. I don't know what's up with them. Perhaps they're out of business - I don't know, they won't return phone calls. read more

Terrible experience. Paid them up front and they disappeared. Totally unreliable. Would not recommend.

I called Brothers Environmental because of bats under my roof. Duane was great initially, sent me an invoice that was to be paid before work would be done (red flag). He sealed other possible entry points, placed 2 exit cages for the bats and he never came back. I got the story about a bad break up with a girlfriend, taking his daughter out for dinner reservations and could I stand outside at sunset to see if the bats could get out. After that, I called to follow up on the next step, see if the bats were gone, clean up and no response to phone calls, texts and an email. He didn't finish the job. And like the other reviews, he ghosted. Don't recommend Duane or his company at all. read more

Brothers Environmental responded and I chose them because they had good reviews, are a locally owned company, safe for pets and children and their pricing was reasonable. The representative came to my home and did a thorough inspection then treatment. After treatment I was informed on what had been done as well as advised on what I could do to help prevent pest invasions such as cutting back plants from the house and raking up leaves that I had mistakenly been using as mulch! I am very happy with their services and have contracted to use them quarterly. I definitely recommend Brothers Environmental if you are looking for reliable and affordable pest control. read more

So I have to update my review. It was good while it lasted. We'd called to have them come out and scheduled an appointment to which they never showed. A few months went by and I called to see if we were overdue for service, which we were. He apologized and said they'd had to fire an employee for ghosting accounts. He said he was driving and would call me back that evening to get me on the schedule. You guessed it, no phone call. Guess we will be moving on to someone else. read more

I am very impressed with Brothers Environmental. My condo had a bad infestation of German roaches. Another pest control company several times to get rid of the roaches with no success. I decided to call Brothers Environmental and am glad I did. They were extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. They even cleaned the sides of my range when it was pulled out to perform their services. My condo has now been FREE of roaches for weeks. I have not seen a one. I should have read the recent reviews. Took my money two weeks ago and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone since. He showed up at my door 2 hrs late with a sad story about family, and I thought "that is tough, right before Christmas". He insisted on full payment in advance because he has had trouble with people paying in full and of course preferred a check to avoid credit card fees - my check cleared the bank the day he was supposed to come back and clear traps (now I wonder if there are even traps in the attic at all). Best in town, worth their weight in gold. Now what seemed like an endless battle with rats I went to my local do it yourself pest shop to get my usual bait for the exterior boxes I had set up. The man at the shop gave me Duanes card and said I guarantee this man finds where they are coming from. This was the 4th pest control service I had encountered and was like ok yeah sure I know the deal. They come over say "wow this house has no entry points let's try this method" a grand here a grand there next thing you know I could have bought a new house. None the less I take the mans advice and call Brothers Environmental Duane is ecstatic and wants to prove that I finally got the right guy for the job. He told me on the phone" I am in the business of getting rid of rats and I will find them just give me the opportunity" I give him a rundown of the amount of efforts I have put into fixing the rat situation he states I bet it's plumbing issue. Not even a month after the call the rat problem is fixed and done with. They are reasonably priced fast response and his work and teams work speaks for itself. Take me as an example and realize that the other guys want to keep you on a monthly basis he wants to fix your pest issues he has a lifetime client in me. read more
