I told him I would stop payment at my bank and he laughed at me telling me he has been down this road before and the bank will not refund my money. I have checked their license on the Verify my License Florida website and the license is not a valid license. No apologies or offers to make things better, just a quick cancelation!! We used this company for over a year and paid $130 a MONTH only to realize we were being scammed because they thought no one was watching. Romay, I'm writing to inform you that we will no longer be requiring lawn care services from Green Image, effective immediately. After observing a persistent weed issue in our front yard, despite over a year of regular service, I reviewed our security footage and was very disappointed with what I found. On 8/4, the technician sprayed only a small section on the front left side of the home while walking toward the backyard. The rest of that side was left untreated. In the backyard, large areas were completely missed, including the entire left side, seemingly due to the onset of rain. I also reviewed footage from 7/7 and noticed that only the St. Augustine grass in the front (right) yard was treated; no other areas received service. Unfortunately, our backyard cameras were being replaced at the time, but given the pattern of incomplete work, I can only assume similar shortcuts were taken then as well. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the premium price we've been paying each month. As such, we will not be paying for the 8/4 service. In fact, we believe a partial refund is warranted for previous services that were clearly not performed in full.
