Only sore spot I have is with the systems themselves - when there's a trouble issue there's no way to silence the alarm system warning. Thankfully only happens once every few hours, but still... it normally takes them a day to address, so meantime, beep... beep.... Otherwise, always respond to my calls within a business day. The monitoring station always answers right away, but they can't access your system directly.

The latest resulted in a visit at 5am from the Ottawa Police and a subsequent $160.00 bill from them for the false alarm. We have asked several times to have the system taken out of our house and service cancelled. So far no response and terrible customer service. For the game, they first fished all network, telephone, and alarm cabling throughout the building. For the set, they put everything in the exact places I wanted, and for the match, installed the alarm system. After several months, they replaced the faulty battery at no charge. Although I had a billing problem, they quickly resolved it, and I remain a fan.
