Business must be booming because they could only come to discuss quotes the day I took possession! :) Once the salesperson arrived, his explanation of cooling systems and comparables was quick and painless. I knew, based on what he told me, what I wanted. I was fortunate enough to be able to pay in full that day. Installation was only two days later! I've had it in my new house for a month and it works perfectly. The installers did have to return because the new furnace provided by the builder was experiencing some problems - changes to repair the furnace meant Premier Comfort had to return to tweak the cooling system. But they wanted to make sure it worked properly and did so free of charge.I like that kind of customer service. I never hesitated to call them when I needed to. I'm actually happy with the final product, and with my overall experience. Also, I should tell those buying new homes that buying a/c directly from these guys (instead of buying as an upgrade through the builder) saved me at least $2000!!!
