He (unintentionally) left stain on our brand new basement carpet; said he had cleaner at home and would come back to clean. He did not. This work was through Handyman Connection. Handyman Connection did not help at all. They said they were doing us a favor having another electrician come out at cost of $200 to make connections, when we had already told them it had to be James Tinker finish the work, because he told us he had take out a permit; which is what we wanted. We were left high and dry. What happened to ethical workmanship?
