Then, they billed me almost $800 and sent me a $4800 quote to fix the clog and replace a cast fitting. He wanted to replace all my pipes in the basement included in that quote. I'm having Toshack make the repairs for under $700. That's less than they charged me to make the clog worse. I inquired about the price of the bill and was ignored.
