We called to have our shower cartridge replaced and the handle tightened . When I booked the appointment I told them the typeof shower we have and was told they service Pfister. When the plumber came he offered to cut a hole in our dry wall outside the bathroom and replace the Pfister system with a Moen as they do not carry the cartridges. Needless to say we were very upset and had no service done . read more

I was happy for one day. The toilet was unclogged, I paid $200 plus tax. Kind of pricey, you would think. Well I though as well, but job was done and I was happy, for a day. 2 days later the toilet didn't work again. Called back to get some help, got a person who explained, well it worked when the plumber left, if you want the service you need to pay again. I asked about warranty, she said doesn't work for toilets. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I find the person on the phone unmotivated to help. Just moved in to a new house, and it's been fun finding things every week that need repairs (not!). Went to water the grass and one outdoor spigot had no handle, and one was useable but leaking and from the inside the pipes were rattling very loudly. Came to Yelp and found John the Plumber. Called them up and they were able to get me in for an appointment the next day (was not an emergency). Lance the plumber showed up and while we declined work on the spigot with no handle, he did fix the leaky one which now works great and has a labor guarantee of 2 years. I bought a sink and cabinet for my bathroom in my shop that I had a friend "install" for me but I had no faucet, water lines or a proper connection to the drain/vent. John the Plumber came in and saved the day! They installed the lines, faucet, pea trap and connected the vent properly and now I can actually use the bathroom. They also properly secured the cabinet to the wall and shimmed it perfectly level. Excellent, friendly and fast service and they cleaned up afterwards so you wouldn't even now they were there. When my wife and I finally decided that it was time to renovate our basement and include a relaxing 4 piece bathroom we had a lot of questions and started our search on Google. After seeing John the plumber ranked so well and with so many people recommending him online we decided to give him a call. We were completely impressed with the response time as well as the thorough quote and openness when answering questions about what was important to address and what was not. In the end our basement renovation went off without a hitch save for some finishing issues which were dealt with immediately and professionally. I suppose it is not common to mention a negative when giving a 10 out of 10 review, but I felt it was important to mention how problems were dealt with and the fact that it led to us hiring John the plumber to completely redo our upstairs bathroom as well as move our laundry room from the basement to upstairs and to replace all of the old pipes in our house with new. We also had John the Plumber supply and install a new jet pump, pressure tank and hot water tank. I am constantly recommending them. read more
