On the phone with Reliance who calls the technician to see why he never showed up.....only to find out from the technician he was never booked in the first place. He was as surprised as we were! He repaired the leacking toilet but also noticed that the gasket had wear and tear and replaced it. He also fixed our kitchen faucet after indicating that the issue was not the cartridge bur rather the faucet itself. He gladly came back once we received a new faucet and replaced the old one with the same expertise and patience. He also took the time to fix our hot water connection to the faucet, as it took forever to have hot water. Jason is truly a professional. I would hire him any day for all our plumbing needs.

Enercare account was in his name - hot water tank rental and several maintenance service plans. We have sent the death certificate to Enercare 3 times. They wouldn't transfer the account name to my mother in law. Made her set up a new account for hot water tank rental. They say the cannot transfer the maintenance plans so we have to keep my father in law's account active. So, now she 2 accounts. She's elderly and is confused with what's going on. We have called many, many times. Their collection department is calling repeatly asking for my father in law and harassing my mother in law. All amounts have been paid and they keep calling. Their customer service department is horrific. They refuse to let you speak with a manager. The collection department must not speak with the customer service department. It's a complete gong show. We are cancelling everything with them and are going elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars or negative stars I would.
