The replacement fan was a Hunter Douglas and it had a light kit with it which the original fan did not. I followed the instructions that came with this fan. After my work, there were some wires left unused, and that really worried me a lot. I had followed the instructions very carefully, but those "left over wires" made me very uncomfortable. I had been given excellent service by Capital before and they were excellent there as well. So, I gave them another call and explained to them my concerns. They said no problem and asked for my address and said that they would be there sometime in the early afternoon and that is what they did. The young man that they sent was extremely polite, clean and was very thorough in examining my work. He found extra wires and capped them, but everything else that I had already done was ok.
