From start to finish, they made the process incredibly easy and seamless. It started with the estimate. The estimator who came out was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided us with a very fair quote. When I finalized the quote, they easily accommodated my adjustments and scheduled the job. Just a week later, Team 2 arrived to tackle our land - 1/3 of an acre full of dense trees on a steep hillside--an incredibly large and very difficult job--and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The entire crew was professional, pleasant, hardworking, and very thorough. They took care of everything we had discussed, and when the work was finished, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, removing all the debris and leaves and even blowing off our driveway. By the time they left, everything looked fantastic. My husband and I were thrilled with how great it looked. We have used several different tree service companies over the years, and All Around Arbor Tree Service was by far the best experience we have had. The level of service, professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail truly stood out. A huge thank you to Team 2 and All Around Arbor Tree Service for such an outstanding job. We will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and exceptional tree service company! This is by far the best company out there!

I do not know the questions they were waiting on but I was told that if I want the sidewalk fixed I need to tear out the sidewalk first and THEN ask for a root inspection to see if the offending roots can be cut out and if not then a tree removal permit can be filed again. On a separate note: I would advise anyone thinking of planting a street tree in Portland to reconsider due to the long term expense of dealing with the inevitable sidewalk damage and upkeep. That $75 per tree at the time from Friends of Trees has cost me thousands so far and will cost thousands more in concrete repair and is never ending. Once you plant one you can't remove it without replacing it and starting the cycle again.

AR Summary (not AI Summary):…read more Service: prompt, friendly, knowledgeable Quality: thorough, tidy, respectful of surroundings Value: very reasonable Details: A gentle rain doesn't seem like the last straw for a tree, but sometimes it is. Late Thursday night, we heard a distant *whomp* as we were in bed and thought someone had spun out their tires on the wet pavement. Cut to: 6:45 am on Friday morning, to a desperate ringing doorbell from a kind UPS driver who let us know that a huge chunk of our beloved cherry plum was in the road, blocking one lane of our fairly busy street. Panic at the driveway! My lobster did a quick search and found Peter's Tree Service. Peter showed up within 15 minutes, as indicated in the phone call. I was surprised when he pulled up in a small car and thought maybe he would be calling someone else, but, like Hermione's bag with an undetectable extension charm, he produced a small but effective chainsaw and made quick work of the mahoosive limb blocking the road. Between the three of us, we were able to drag the branches off the road and sidewalk into our yard, and normal traffic resumed. Peter was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. Our cherry plum succumbed to water intrusion and rotted at the points where it connected to the trunk, then one limb gave way into the road. We noticed darkening of the bark on the other limbs, indicating water intrusion, and with Peter's guidance, we decided to remove the tree to avoid another road closure and potential harm to people and autos. As part of the emergency service, he offered to come back on Saturday to remove the limbs and brush. He provided a quote for the emergency service and full tree removal. Their prices are extremely competitive for emergency work and whole-tree removal. We were able to have the tree removed today, even as the predicted light rain turned to torrential downpour at one point. The team left the site tidy, given all the sawing and debris, and finished the job quickly, in about an hour. We wanted to keep some of the wood, and they thoughtfully left it in movable pieces. In addition, Peter offered helpful guidance on filling in our now-bare space. Thanks, Peter & team!
