I went for a mani/pedi and ended up paying what heir price is $48. If you don't detail and close closely my nails looked great. But there are various imperfections that i hadn't noticed till I left. I'm certain if I return they will fix the nail. But it's just tedious to have to do that. I have like tiny litto craters in my gel nail not sure where it came from but for the price I expect it to be immaculate. I have been coming to this place for over 6 months. I have also brought several clients with me. I was initially happy with how Kevin did my nails and his wife. I was here 2 weeks ago, and Lee did my nails. He did an amazing job. He was so polite and I loved the customer service. However I walked in today and Lee was busy. He had two people he asked me to get a pedicure first and Kevin's wife obviously didn't like that I asked for Lee. So she put someone else in front of me. The older man who worked on my nails said he had been doing it for 14 years, but had I not known this, I would have thought he was a beauty student. Poor guy, he tried, but he didn't fully paint the whole nail on one of my nails, killed one of my cuticles, and had to redo an entire hand because the gel did not dry properly. Only putting two stars because my sister loves this place, if not I wouldn't have even put a star. As for my experience, it sucked. I asked for a white-pearl color dip at a short length with a rounded shape & Kevin, the technician I was assigned, said that a long coffin shape would be better and pink would be a better color. Lol, that's cool, but I want what I came in to get, you know? So I told him that. I made sure to be specific about the length because I work with my hands, and preferred a round shape with white dip. He put the pink dip on & I had to tell him to take it off and put the white I picked. Every time I asked him to change something he did that I didn't ask for, he laughed. First of all, that's rude & just do what I asked for. I asked him to cut my nails down because they were still too long & he laughed and rolled his eyes as he was like, "you want me to cut it?" YEAH, I want the length I asked for. He also did my pedicure and it came out looking like I've had this pedicure for two weeks. When it came to paying, Regardless of all of this, I tipped him well because I was making the effort to be kind and give him the benefit of the doubt (i thought maybe the language gap caused a lot of the miscommunication, so I was trying to be understanding), but then he got up in the middle of helping another client & caused a whole scene. He even made me pay five extra dollars on top of the price he originally quoted me. The thing that really gets me is that I came in with my sister who comes in regularly, the day before her wedding and told him that multiple times. Like, not only didn't he offer the services I asked for, but he made what should have been such a fun wedding prep errand immensely frustrating. The worst acrylics I've ever gotten. I felt a burning sensation on my nails, as soon as the nail tech put the acrylic on. My hands got swollen but I didn't really give it that much attention. I thought I probably got a reaction. The nails were lifted and everything. The nails were so bad that I got them removed in 2 weeks. I went to a place to get them removed and the drill was incapable of taking off the acrylics. My nail techs (It took 2 people to remove the acrylics.) said that the acrylic was an illegal acrylic from china. So we soaked the acrylics for 1 hour and a 1/2 and we finally got them off. Do not come to this place to get your acrylics done. You will regret it. read more

I went in for a refill and they tried to charge me 65$ for a refill !!! That's what I paid to get the full set done . Went for the first time,the girls are very sweet and nice,but still need a lot of training. The nails were cut wrong,some were short and others long, did not clean around the nail and the nail polish has patches that's missing polish. I have to pay again to get nails done elsewhere. Latest update 12/20: I continued to regularly get my pedicures here.. however had my acrylic girl that always hooks me up.. unfortunately she canceled my appt due to possible covid exposure. So I decided to allow them the opportunity to also get my acrylic nails business as well.. I asked the nail tech if he can do the design I wanted he confidently said yes.. nearly 2 hours later and second nail tech trying the design.. the second tech decides she wants to charge more than what I was already quoted for the designs.. very long story short I walked out of there with my nails not polished.. shitty refill job and the first tech asking me why I talk so much, when I'm explaining why I'm not happy with the poor attempt to recreate the design. Down right rude and disrespectful.. mind you, I shouldn't be surprised as there were 2 other dissatisfied clients there at the same time. One had returned because her new set of acrylics alllll fell off after 2 days! Also now seeing the other bad reviews, it's clear it's not just me!! For future reference BROS NAILS: clients time is also valuable, don't waste someone's time telling them you can do something that you can't.. red flag when they ask client for a video tutorial on how it's done! SMH!! NEVER AGAIN!!! That will be my last time going, I'll get my pedicures elsewhere.. didn't even want them touching my feet after all that!! The place is chic and the staff is friendly. There are usually many chairs open. I also like the fact that you can schedule an appointment online. I have come here three times and I can now truly say that whilst they are very friendly here and maintain a clean environment, I think i'm going to try a new salon from now on. Any time I have done my nails here (gel manicure & regular pedicure) they just don't last as long as I'd like. I find myself spending $50 every week instead of every two weeks as it should be with gel polish. Came here on a Saturday afternoon after checking online if there were appointments available. I did not make an appointment considereing that they had time slots available every 15 minutes. I waited about 20 minutes after checking in. The place was very busy. I had read several of the reviews and took my chances. The technician that was assigned to my manicure and pedicure was not able to communicate in english very well unfortunately. She was abrasive, she cut me and did horrible job on my feet. I kept asking her to please file my toenails evenly and she would pass the file over and move on. The nail table was very disorganized, full of nail clippings and polish sets from a previous service and the towels were wet. It felt very unsanitary. My toenails are all cut uneven, sharp edges and the polish is a mess. There is polish on my cuticles. It looks like a 5 year old polished my toes.
