I love the cat eye nail effect but If the nail tech can't fill in the side and just decides to file them down until the point that they see no nail or make you bleed, I don't consider it being good work. I'm not the type to get acrylics done for these same reason. The side of each of my fingers are on fire and I hate that they add oil to hide the skins that pop out due to the excessive nail/skin filing. It looks nice from far but up close shows all the flaws, they really have to do better. read more

They don't accept any appointments but if you call ahead and ask about the wait they will gladly answer your questions. I came to this salon because my hair salon is next door. I had a pedicure and Gel x nails The first tech placed different sizes of the nails on both thumbs and index fingers. Brought it to the manager/owner's attention and she took over, nails were replaced and she polished. Literally 2 days later the first nail came off. The 3rd day two more came off. A nail came off every day until I had 4 nails across both of hands 6 days later. I went back on the seventh day due to work schedule and I do not live in this neighborhood. I explained what happens and showed her my nails, she smiled and said we only repair nails for free up to 2 days after they were done!!! This salon is terrible! They are aware they do BAD work. Don't go!!!! RUN DONT WALK!!!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! read more

Thank you to Phong for the 5 star service! The customer service here warrants at least 4 stars. My choice of 3 is a reflection of the distressed, messy looking, deteriorated condition of everything from the light machines, to the crud around the "expired" nail polish (Phong switched the bottle thankfully), seating, fixtures and so on...the floors are swept and tools disinfected. Unfortunately, the worn down nature of the shop does not communicate cleanliness and sterility. I am grateful that after advocating for some relief they turned the air conditioning on, but it was still stuffy. Fortunately the employees wear masks and gloves for their health, but the poor HVAC system and absence of a single standing or table fan made it a physically unpleasant experience. This business is run by kind, attentive, hard-working family members. A micro-business loan or a "crowd sourcing" of funding from all the members of family/community for capital improvements will help elevate this shop to the level of its potential and to the aesthetic and ambience the clients deserve. It is June 2018, so hopefully air conditioning repairs are at the top of the list, or at least some big floor and standing fans in place to circulate the humid air! While getting service I was cut multiple times on both my hands & feet the technician put some green ointment on the cut and proceeded to do the service after I explained to her that it burned. When paying I expressed this to the counter rep & she basically argued with me still charging full price after showing her the cuts. I would not recommend this place & if 0 stars was an option that's what Diamond nails would get. read more

When i went a guy did my nails for some reason he was rude the whole time I was telling him that I wanted my nails short and he seemed to be upset about that too. At the end I asked somebody to clean my eyebrows and the lady who did it did a disaster she destroyed my eyebrows. I've been coming here for a few weeks thanks to my cousin introducing me. My last nail place did my nails 3 times in a row with peeling on a gel polish. Nina always does my nails. I recently got a Groupon for mink lashed. When I got to the place, the tech applied long silk, not mink, lashes. They were not applied naturally according to my lash length and she did not ask how I wanted them. They twisted and turned causing comfort. Friday, I went to Nina to get them fixed. She removed the remaining silk lashes and applied mink in a timely matter. I love how they came out, full and natural. I also got my eyebrows waxed and a manicure. Nina is great and fast. Definitely recommend her to everyone. She's also the owner. I haven't experienced the other techs, but I see that the other customers' nails look great after they're done. Definitely go. read more

OMG! A man at this place did my nails sooooooo perfect! I got gel french tips which I paid $28 and they were immaculate! Totally beautiful! FLAWLESS! Only thing is that in 4 days I see 6 of my nails are already lifting up a lot by my cuticles! I love getting my nails done but french tips with gel instead of acrylic should last at least minimum 2 weeks! My old salon nails would last 3-4 weeks. I'm not expecting that anywhere but it is too soon to pay for my nails to be done and a few days later have them coming off. These nails are done so beautifully! It is shame they are lifting so quickly! Please Diamond nails use the right product or find the issue because you are so wonderful at designing such glamorous nails! read more

I got my nails done yesterday and I had to go back today for them to take them off because they looked horrible and were hurting me very bad like my fingers were on fire because the guy file my nails too deep and put too much powder. Mind you I spent almost $50 yesterday and today they wanted to charge me another $20 to polish my nails. first off the manager didn't tell me that I had to pay again because she saw that what they did yesterday was really bad looking now she wants to charge me again. When you go to a Nail Salon, you should not only have a great end result...but you should also have a good experience. I really wish that I can say that I had all of the above...but I didn't. When I walked in and told the employee at the front what I wanted, he politely told me to have a seat (Which isn't at all a problem). Instead of having me wait my turn...one of the nail techs had me sit at a pedicure chair until she was done with another client (Which also isn't a problem...or so I thought). A second nail tech turned on water after a few minutes. I guess to ensure that I would not leave. The water by the way was not warm or bubbling. I'm not sure what would make them think that having someone put their feet in stand still water would be ok. At least turn the jets on so that a customer can get the full experience while they wait. There is absolutely nothing relaxing about having your feet in stand still, lukewarm water. It was more on the cold side than the warm side. When the nail specialist finally returned, I asked her could she turn on the jets so the water would bubble. She told me that it was out of order. I then explained to her that a big reason why I came was to have the whole experience. As I proceeded to remove my feet from the water...she did something and the jets "magically" began to work. She may have said two sentences the entire time I was there: "Do you want this color?" and "Do you want your nails done?" She didn't even started with a hello. The pedicure looked pretty good at the end, but the experience was not good in my opinion. She used paper towels to separate the toes verses the proper tools needed to do the job. As I exited the facility, I noticed that there was a basket full of used paper towels and pedicure slides. Not sure how I missed it on the way in...but I definitely noticed it on the way out. I don't see myself coming here again. It's not just about the end product. It's about the overall experience. read more

Idk why these places always have such extreme language barriers. I told the guy doing my nails that I didn't like the way the shape was and he didn't understand me.
