I made an appointment for a Russian Manicure and I was greeted with a selection of colors that I was able to take my time to pick out and offered coffee or tea as I wait. My second impression was how clean the place was, not covered in nail dust and not an overwhelming smell of polish or polish remover. I saw that when one client left they wiped everything down and even cleaned the floor by the nail techs station. It felt a little bit more like a med spa due to cleanliness, no TV and loud music which I prefer. My Nail tech Jany was very sweet, and was very meticulous on her work. I don't think she could have done a better job. I didn't feel as if anything was rushed and you can tell quality was equally a too priority to the salon. I wasn't asked if I wanted to upgrade anything or pushed into different services like some other salons pushing for pedicures and manicures or waxing. It felt like they respected the fact that I booked one service. Not to mention that the manicure never chipped, broke, came off, or lost it's shape. First time getting a Russian pedicure and Next Level did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Yulia and she kindly checked me in and offered me my choice of tea accompanied by biscoff cookies and a Lindor chocolate. By that time I already felt right at home. Soon after I was guided to the chair where Laura would complete my Russian pedicure service. Laura is the sweetest, she confirmed how I wanted my French pedicure and did such a tremendous job ! I love how detailed the Russian pedicure is and if it wasn't for me wanting to see the full process, I would have been able to fall asleep because of how gentle Laura was. Because I can't respond to the comment left by the company manager on my previous, I'll leave a new one: NO THE $20 FEE WAS NEVER MENTIONED PRIOR AND ITS ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO LIE AND SAY I AGREED WHEN I NEVER AGREED. The fee was mentioned at checkout after the services were completed. On top of that, it is BARELY two weeks post, and 4 nails are chipped and cracked, snagging hair. Feet felt like sandpaper by the next day. I'm in actual disbelief that there aren't more negative reviews. Can't believe I spent $220+ on this botched job. Lesson learned. I'm usually a DIYer when it comes to my nails (Am I great at it? No...), and I haven't gotten my nails professionally done in 5+ years. I've been lazy lately and wanted my nails to look extra nice to show off my ring, so I decided to book an appointment here. I was offered a beverage upon entering, and my coffee was accompanied with biscoff cookies, Lindt chocolate, creamer and sugar. I was given the color options and was happy to see that they use Akzentz products, which is the good stuff. They offer a nice variety of colors and bases for French manicures. My service included removal of my gel-x set, Russian manicure, extensions and French tip which took a little under 3 hrs. Considering the services done, the quality products used, and the time Lina took to make sure the finished product was perfect, I think the time/ price of this set was justified. The only downside of this salon is the location. I'm not from the Miami area and the traffic on the way to the salon gave me anxiety! I want to start my review by saying the customer service at this location is stellar!! The ladies are super pleasant and really do try to make you as comfortable as possible. My only complaint is my experience during and after my pedicure. It was my first time getting a Russian pedicure. So I was very excited!! But when the nail tech was cleaning my cuticle, the drill felt hot and painful. I did tell her it was hurting a few times and she said to "relax" lol. I did my best but the cuticle cleaning was truly uncomfortable. After my pedicure in the evening, my cuticles were super sore and bleeding. I had to use an antibiotic ointment to prevent infection. My cuticles on my toes were sore for a few days and it eventually went away. But it made the wonderful not so wonderful. :( overall perhaps if Russian pedicures are something you enjoy even with the pain, this location is for you. My pedicure came out to about $88 with tip. Worst Russian manicure/pedicure I've ever gotten. I booked same day and would not recommend doing so- there are good nail techs that work here, I got booked with the most inexperienced (you can tell because they'll need more time to complete a manicure per the booking site). One of my hands the fingers are shaped way longer, and I brought this up to her and she said she'll file down after color which she did not. I had bubbles in the application of the gel on my fingers, and when I got the pedicure, she kept dropping the uv light on my toes. Not even a week later and three of the toes have no polish, literally just fell off. Only reason it's not one star is because they did allow other techs to work on me (messing up the toe nail polish by putting the uv light on my toes was my last straw after the manicure), and they did discount my services but I'd rather pay for good quality than leave with a bad product. Plus now I have to get a new pedicure less than a week into a Russian pedicure which is just about unheard of. I really do not believe this nail tech should be working, especially at a Russian nail salon which is typically high quality, if she cannot even properly place a uv light Edited to add they did fix my pedicure as it had fallen off within days of getting it, but I stand by my original review that you should not go to the most inexperienced nail tech here. I'm still getting annoyed by my nails every time I look at them as one hand is way longer and the fact that I pointed this out to her and she still wouldn't fix it is inexcusable. read more

I didn't really like the shape of my nails but that's a personal preference she did a good job of shaping them. I really didn't like how I was treated by Julia. She made me very uncomfortable. And what can I say- it is Next Level indeed. The salon is squeaky clean, I was offered tea, which was delicious, btw, and Yulia, the nail artist was absolutely great. They take their time - after all, gel manicure is a two hour appointment, which at first gave me a bit of a pause- but it was definitely worth it. I keep my nails short, which adds to challenge of making them look good. Despite that, my French tips look awesome, natural, and flawless. Will def be back. read more

I have been a loyal client to next level nails for about over a year now and I would not even think twice about going anywhere else. It breaks my heart to see her call these people "gang members" and discriminate their ethnic background. Considering she was a minority herself was also disheartening. Not only was she manipulative, condescending, dismissive and disrespectful but also a racist. The behavior she displayed was highly inappropriate and her accusations are 100% false. Assertion and boundaries of a business owner should never be considered harassment when they had a policy for her to sign before an appointment was made. I can assure that they speak English; fluently. Her unkind words and name calling is not only sad and cruel but childish as well. Whatever she's dealing with internally, I will pray she heals from.
