One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The nail tech did the absolute sloppiest job and 2 of my nails immediately broke an hour after I left the salon. I returned the next day to get them fixed and they gave me the same awful nail tech and she did an even worse job (how is that even possible) "fixing them". Nail polish is now stuck to my skin and my nails look lumpy and horrible. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

Overcharged for services not received - Dishonest staff I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon and the work of the technician named Jade .I came in specifically for a full set with extensions. I stated my request clearly at the beginning, showed the desired length with my hands, and even asked twice during the process when she would start adding the length. Jade told me it would be more expensive and verified the price with another technician ($83 instead of the usual $55). I explicitly agreed to that price. In the end, the technician completely ignored my request and only did a basic manicure on my short natural nails without adding any length. The most outrageous part happened at checkout: they charged me the full $83 as if I had received extensions! When I tried to resolve the issue, Jade blatantly lied, claiming she "didn't understand me" and that I never asked for length. This is impossible since I showed her the length with my hands and we had a verbal agreement on the $83 price. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and the dishonesty, the manager only offered a tiny 10% discount. I ended up paying for a service I never received and left with short nails despite asking for extensions multiple times. Terrible customer service and price deception. I do not recommend this place. read more

My friend and I stopped in for a last-minute treat. He decided to get a gel manicure, and I decided on a pedicure. My friends' nails were done SUPER quickly and looked fantastic! They were very durable too: not a chip or scratch a week later. He was happy his cuticles were cleaned up and nails were evened out. I told him he should've had tips done, but I don't think he's ready for that yet. I had a fantastic pedicure. The massage and hot towels felt so great. I still had to even a couple of nails out later, but for some reason that always happens regardless of where I go. I chose a great color, and my feet were so smooth and moisturized. It was great to relax for a bit after walking around and swimming for several days. read more

I was beyond late and only had one hour to get an acrylic refill before work ( keep in mind i wanted a different shape, one of my nails were broken, and my last set was so ugly and grown out). BEE did everything with such attention to detail in 40 minutes, KILLED IT!!! definitely will be coming back! also great price! read more

Horrible place, dirty, technicians who don't speak enough English to understand what you are saying when describing what you want. Spare yourself and go anywhere else. Pedicure technician stopped every few moments at least a dozen times to check her phone and text during my pedicure, so unprofessional. read more

Nice folks. Rushed service. Way over priced for a "spa pedicure ". It was incredibly rushed. I could tell she wanted to get to the next walk in. Which is sad because I normally tip 100% when I get pedicures. It's a hard job and I appreciate attention to detail. Unfortunately there was none here. Nails are uneven, had to go buy the same color paint and refile and add another layer over paint. I could have done my own nails at home. Really disappointed. read more

The technician "Bee" is her name. UNBELIEVABLE!! Plain and simple. She is by far the best at this place! I have traveled all over South Florida since I moved here 3.5 years ago and finally found my favorite technician. I came in, asked the receptionist for exactly what I wanted. They didn't try to up-sell me. Bee did exactly what I wanted. I am a single mother of two. I work full time, go to school full time and all I wanted was to get a deep pedicure massage and a regular clean nails. She massaged my legs, feet and knew exactly how to relax this stressed out mommy. I am a forever customer! read more

The salon has since contacted me and told me they do not use MMA and invited me to see their products. While I appreciate the gesture, I spoke with a nail tech from the salon and did some research on acrylic (words I never thought I would say). Acrylic is supposed to be soaked off and come off in chunks. As my picture indicated, it turned into slime and would not completely come off. I'm not accusing them of tampering with products, but something is not adding up and I will not be coming to this salon again, even just to look at the products. read more

I loved my experience! Diana was my nail tech I explained to her that I was just injured a few days prior and 7/10 nails broke and needed a new set and she took her time and made sure to be extra careful and even gave me tips to protect my nails in the future! Will most definitely be coming back! If you come here ask for her she's great! read more

If there was a zero rating that is what I would give them! I made a week in advance for a 1 pm appointment. I arrived five minutes early so there would be no issues and still at 1:42 they kept telling me one minute. At 1:42 they told me to sit in one of the chairs and gave me an attendant who did not speak einglish and she walked away and I walked out! I suggest finding somewhere else to go ! I did read more

I walked in on a Sunday and was taken in right away. This was the only place in the area that didn't require a reservation. The place is everything you can expect from a nail salon but! this was the best pedi I've ever gotten. The male technician (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was so great - he did the best foot massage! His service was quick (probably 30-35 mins for the spa pedi) but of a very high quality. He was also super friendly. I definitely recommend his services (i don't know his name, but his left arm has flower tattoos). read more

My appointment was Nov 18th @ 4. Upon arrival the salon was full I was just standing there no one acknowledged me. 10 mins later I was addressed. The salon is clean the young lady I had wasn't a talker which is fine. I had booked the appointment on line for a Mani & Pedi, which I received. I got dipped on my hands which began to chip while on vacation which was Nov 23. I was out of town until the 28th by that time my nails looked as though I picked at them all night. I was out with a date and his family not a good or comfortable thing. My feet held up with regular polish didn't matter being that I wore boots. Just dissatisfied with my hands. read more

Nails of America is under new management and I couldn't be happier. Everything is clean, and very friendly, calm environment, perfect for a nice relaxing mani pedi. Just went here again and it was okay. Very mediocre pedicure. Didn't even get a massage, hot towels, etc. i said I wanted a manicure and waited 30 minutes in the pedicure chair waiting. Never got it. Probably won't be coming back. Also since My boyfriend payed before I was done he paid for the manicure and when I asked for a refund they only gave me $5 lol read more

This place is severely unprofessional. Beth in particular, she did my nails a few days ago, I mentioned that I wanted a pedicure with overlay toes. She said to make an appointment her last time slot of the day. She even looked at my toes at the time and she said she's really the only one in the salon that does overlay. I paid for my nails and made an appointment with the receptionist for today at 6pm. Cool, right? Wrong! Fast forward to today, fighting rush hour I made it and was looking forward to a little pampering after a long work day. I checked in- Beth was with a customer. The receptionist told me to have a seat and handed me the gel colors to choose from. All a sudden Beth looks up and says "I'm off today".. hmmmm. How are you off but sitting in your station doing nails? I reminded her of the appointment- she said, "No, I'm off". She was completely dismissive. The receptionist mentioned someone else can do them. But how is that sufficient if Beth is the only one who can do overlay in the salon? I understand things change but you don't look at your schedule for the day? A courtesy call would have been nice if things changed. Don't waste your time here, Beth is not only unprofessional, but she talked too much. At best she could have acknowledged that I went through the process, and wasn't just standing here on a whim. Very disappointed. I went to put acrylic on my real nails (35$) then my total became $ 45.00. Why ? 5$ more because she cut my nails little bit shorter then five dollars more because apparently she put me more powder. she never told me this before I do my nails. this is the first that's somebody charge me five dollars more when they fill my nails before doing rhem. I understand if they charge five dollars if you go to the salon just for that which was not my case and also why she didn't tell me at the beginning that she would charge me five dollars more to put more powder furthermore I didn't see the difference between the regular and the addition of more powder this is the last time I go to this salon. THIS IS A QUESTION OF PRINCIPLE. I DON'T LIKE TO BE TAKEN FOR AN IDIOT And i forgot also to tell you that I wanted a french manucure and she told me that it won't work with my nails (yellow apparently). I do french for 30 years and NOBODY told me that. so i left with my nails colored. read more

I was so glad they were able to get me an appointment and the woman who did my nails was so sweet. She has a great attention to detail and even trimmed my cuticles which my regular nail salon never does with a full set. They turned out super cute and exactly how I wanted!! I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure at this salon. My experience was outstanding and my nail technician (Margie) is a perfectionist. She did an amazing job! Will definitely come back again! From what I hear, this place is now under new management and the salon looks clean, tools are spotless and staff is very friendly. All I can say is that I am now their loyal customer and will recommend this place to my friends and family. Did I mention that this place is also a hair salon? Yes! This nail spa is highly over priced and false advertises. I found them on Instagram and pictures looked great. I was charged $115.80 for dip nails and regular pedi. My nails are super short. I gave deposit for my appointment at 5pm which was going towards my service and they tried to keep it on top of the $115.80. I did not home until 9pm!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. read more

The environment over all was not welcoming. The paint job was messy, I asked her to paint over errors and she ignored and only fixed one. She hurt 3 of my fingers. She was not very friendly. The shaping of the nails is too wide to even be considered a square shape. read more

I'm disappointed with my pedicure. I made an appointment for 4 pm and although I was seated right away, I was left with my feet soaking in water until 4:35 pm. I finally said something and offered to leave and come back if they were too busy and at that point 2 women argued in front of me about how had to paint my toes and it made me feel uncomfortable. You can see the photos I uploaded that they also did a "whatever" job. Not great.....They painted messy then cleaned up with acetone and it still looks messy and I had paint on my toe. I'll never go back. It was an unpleasant experience and not worth the money when you can go elsewhere. read more

Just moved back to Miami, found this salon based off nail art pics. They have a nice gel selection. Did an acrylic fill with a major change in shape from long coffin nails to a shorter squoval style. Tina by far is the best manicurist and pedicurist person I've ever had. Strong hands great massage not a drop of polish on my cuticles ever and she's meticulous with her instruments going in the autoclave and putting plastic to line the pedicure chair bowls . Very pricy for an acrylic removal. I payed $20 for something that took 10 minutes to do. I could have ripped my nails off at home for free and done the same thing they did myself. Ridiculous pricing for something that takes less than 10 minutes to do. Also the dip nail removal process is the exact same and they only charge $10 for that but $20 for acrylic. This takes the same amount of time and tools for more money. Never getting my nails here again for this type of pricing. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. And definitely DO NOT SEE YU-YU. Not only was the service sub par but this woman was so rude to my sister after not completing her pedicure. Then they had the audacity to try to charge us LOL. Pedicure was basically a polish change didn't even massage her legs and then the woman got up and literally almost started screaming in defense, probably becauSe she knew she was in the wrong!!!!! I know not all nail places are amazing but wow rude and bad service, zero stars if I'm being honest ‍ Go to pamper me, so much better and better customer service, but if you want to be verbally abused and barely cared for, go here. read more

I asked for the acrylic service which was roughly around $45 or so on their service brochure and half way through the process i inquired again about the price and the nail technician who was doing them said it was 65 and another lady came around so i asked her and she said 55 so basically they couldn't get their prices right and i was being ripped off. My nails were also damaged during the process and when i soaked them off my nail had a huge cut. I also did my hair which was $45 for a wash, blow dry and straighten and at the end the lady asked me if i wanted to trim which i said okay to since i haven't had that in years .. what i should've done was ask for the price cause she cared me $40 FOR A HAIR TRIM ..... sis that's ridiculous. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more
