Willamette staff is kind and welcoming. They're extremely thorough and explain everything they're doing step by step. The office is exceptionally clean, and they're equipment is new, up-kept and clean. I'm so glad that I've been sent to this dentist and that I have such great insurance that provides me with amazing providers. They got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me in that afternoon to see the doctor. Infection had set in by that time and I was starting to feel feverish, but the moment I walked in the door, I began to feel better. Everyone there, from the front desk receptionist to Dr. Lowry's assistant, to Dr. Lowry himself was friendly, caring and responsive to my needs. They clearly communicated my options and convinced me to go with a less invasive procedure. Because of Dr. Lowry's careful preparation and numbing of the area, the extraction itself was absolutely painless. I didn't even realize that he had removed the tooth until he offered to show it to me. Afterwards, Dr. Lowry and his assistant made sure that I understood the post-care protocol and took the time to answer all of my questions. I live in Seattle and visit Boise for work. I wish I could find a practice like this in Seattle.

This was after waiting in the office an hour for no apparent reason only to be given information that could have been provided on the phone. Additionally they charged me for an xray even though I had recently had them done with another dentist because "they didn't want to wait" when these could have been requested well in advance. My appointment was made weeks before the actual "consultation" I would recommend going literally anywhere else. Also they wear masks in a shared office with another dentist that doesn't.
