This was especially frustrating since it was right in the middle of car show season, and I missed multiple opportunities because my vehicle wasn't ready. To make matters worse, the job wasn't even completed properly when I finally got the truck back. The quality of the work was not what was promised, and it felt rushed and unfinished. After such a long delay, I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. The owner Lucas and I had an agreement that he would send me some wrap to my address to replace what was messed up and not finished. . He texted me on Friday stating " Hey I believe it's out for delivery today. I just got a notification I'll update you in a bit. Well the wrap never came and now he is ignoring all calls and text and it's been a week since that text was received. Overall, this experience was a huge inconvenience and a letdown. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or quality work.

We have brought the truck back multiple times to have the work redone. On three separate occasions, we were told to drop the truck off, and when we returned more than seven hours later, the truck had not moved from the parking spot at all. This level of service is extremely unprofessional. There always seemed to be an excuse rather than accountability. The service is not cheap, but the follow-through certainly reflects otherwise. Lucas stated he would pay for the work to be redone by someone who previously worked in the shop. After multiple attempts to obtain that person's information, he finally provided it. However, speaking with that individual only painted the company in an even more negative light and brought attention to multiple inconsistencies in what Lucas had told us. Overall, this experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on our experience

During our test drive, Julian and Kent talked about the various trucks they both have had throughout their driving years, while at the same time, never missing a beat answering all of my important questions, such as "what's this knob do", "where's the USB port", "where do I control the temperature on my side", and many more. It was as though we were at a family reunion, and these two cousins who hadn't seen each other for years, were catching up on old times! I'm so grateful for Julian. Julian is a down to earth young man who honestly cared that what we were looking at, is what we really wanted. Julian went the extra mile to ensure we drove away without any regrets. Julian, being new to Waterloo, helped pass the time while we waited for Bill, by asking about the different golf courses, fishing holes, and local events. Together, we googled Ann Briar, Mystic Oaks, Acorns, Trapper Falls, as well as the local nightlife uptown. Yes Waterloo has come a long way since I moved here in 1969, and Julian Henson is a wonderful, welcome addition to our town.
