On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher.
