They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network.
