Go ahead and check out both Google and Facebook reviews you will see. I hired Level 5 Roofing to replace my roof after meeting Anthony at the AZ home and garden show. Anthony told me that they replaced the sheathing and so I decided to go up and check it out. Well I found out they didn't replace all the wood I could hear it cracking and sagging everywhere I stepped. I was afraid of falling through the wood. At this point they were already installing the shingles and was about half way done. I called Anthony and told him if this is what I was getting he could have his guys "get the hell off my property". I was extremely angry and felt that I was being taken advantage of. It was such a horrible job. After talking with me he agreed to have his guys tear off the shingles and replace the wood sheathing "Like he originally said" and start over which pushed the job back. I didn't want to spend the time starting over looking for another roofer and I figured since I caught them doing such a horrible job that they would have to step up and pay extra close attention to detail knowing they were being watched. Well they still didn't do a good job as you can tell in the pictures they cut the fascia to short and let gaps in it and well as the roof STILL being soft in certain spots. They put way to many nails in the shingles as you can tell in the pics. I literally have one of their workers on video admitting that they didn't expect me to go up on the roof and check as nobody ever does. So I can imagine how many elderly people get swindled by this company. I have more than enough evidence from the pic's, check stating they would give me a warranty without any exclusions and or contingencies that they cashed "Accepting terms", the emails, texts and video correspondence with Anthony where he admitted his guys did a bad job and that he would fix it and warranty it. I am currently seeking a lawyer. I just reached out to Anthony Champagne by email asking about having a leak fixed where their employee fell through my roof because they didn't put the sheathing down in that spot yet and to no surprise I haven't received a response. I will continue emailing him and the company in hopes they don't respond so I will have further evidence to use. I didn't immediately seek to sue because Anthony gave me his word that if there was any leaks he would get it taken care of immediately. I also have him on video stating that as well.

That's not the case with Right Way Roofing. The owner personally called me and was genuinely one of the nicest, most approachable people you could hope to deal with. He took the issue seriously and got us scheduled immediately. On the day of service, they called about 45 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated -- simple courtesy, but rare these days. The technician who showed up was polite, professional, and represented the company extremely well. He got right to work, clearly knew what he was doing, and repaired the broken tiles efficiently. Lori tried telling me that I had roof rats or something eating their way from the inside through to the outside. The pictures show a nail put in at a angle and broke the stucco. I requested a change to the underlayment, which Jordon indicated was no problem and verbally let me know what the price difference would be but did take a little bit to get the official updated quote. Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again.
