They had so many fun, different ice cream flavors like trix! The line was not too bad. You order and they give you a ticket to pay for your items in a separate line. They have your desert ready before you pay so you're not waiting on it so I appreciate the quickness. There's a few tables in there to sit if you'd like to sit inside.

This week's snowball was a medium Chai cream flavor with ice cream in the center. I love an iced chai so this really was that but with lagniappe. I could say I would've liked a little stronger chai flavoring but overall it was tasty and really hit the spot/ cooled me off. The service was decent- teenagers doing their summer job. Nothing to complain about at all. I'll be back because like I said...

Whether you get a classic cherry or something fun like a rainbow mix, each one is made with care and always hits the spot, especially on a hot day. They even have a great little selection of snacks and treats, which my family loved! What really makes this place shine, though, are the sweet teenage girls who work there. Every time we visit, they greet us with genuine smiles and kind hearts. They are so patient and friendly, even when the line is long. One moment that absolutely melted my heart: one of the girls saw how excited my 3-year-old granddaughter was about her rainbow snowball and actually let her come around to the back to help make it. It made her whole day! She felt like such a big girl and hasn't stopped talking about it since. That small act of kindness meant so much to us. If you're looking for delicious snowballs and an experience full of charm, kindness, and small-town warmth, you have to stop here. We'll be coming back all summer long!

I don't understand how you can make a double burger two strawberry shakes and some onion rings and 5 to 10 minutes . I am so livid so I decided to call the store to speak to a manager because you know dealing with DoorDash is like talking to a wall so I call and speak to this manager he was zero help and very u professional what a representative for your company. I do understand that I ordered from a third-party but the point is that you guys cook the food? The point is that the food was cooked at Shake shack so whether a third-party got in here in 10 or 15 minutes being that my hotel is directly down the street makes it worse i believe 2 miles. it's is ridiculous to me. The food came out. I don't know if it's been sitting under the light or whatever but the cheese looks horrible. This is a terrible burger .like ma'am we make the food and the food is given to you and whatever they do to get it to you us on DoorDash that's what what you receive. I explained to him this is Not an edible burger burnt and covered in salt. . I am so upset the next time I come in town I will absolutely positively never ever ever eat at this place again it is disgusting. It is disgrace poor customer service. Very disappointed Door dash and shake shack zero this literally looks as if someone was picking on it also what happen to the lettuce and tomato?? All i wanted was a fresh burger .... $40 down the drain 1double burger 2 strawberry Shakes 1onion ring
