I ordered a large tiger's blood with cream and she rang up the wrong size, then acted annoyed when I asked her to fix it, like it was somehow my fault. The cone itself came out half-melted, barely any flavor on top, and when I mentioned it she just shrugged and said "that's how we make them." No apology, no offer to remake it, nothing. I get that snow cone stands are casual, but basic courtesy shouldn't be optional. Won't be back, and I'll be steering friends elsewhere.
