After the initial getting prepped as she's cutting my long nails I told her not too short I still wanted length. She cuts a few of my nails too short. I'm upset because not only is it time I allowed my nails to grow a certain length just for them to be looking botched in the end. I tried to let it go, and then when it came to the color it just looked too thick. It looks more gooey than shiny and sleek like usual. I spent $65, I honestly was disappointed and I don't think I'll come back. Future advice always make sure you and your tech are on the same page and speak up. I made the mistake of not speaking up because of time and I don't want to make anyone feel bad. I wish I gotten better service or some assistance :/. Overall the place is pretty inside.
