They said no on was there and I proceeded to contact the other location in Lincoln. Unfortunately, they were unable to get in touch with anyone who was scheduled to work and mind you this was 1 hour after the facility was supposed to open. The other location was also unable to accommodate my appointment for today. I understand that that things come up and sometimes people are unable to make it into work. However, I also know that there is always a receptionist there who checks you in and takes appointments. This means at least 2 people did not show up to work. At a bare minimum I should have been made aware that my appointment was going to be cancelled, especially since I received a a reservation reminder 40 minutes prior to my appointment. I was finally contacted by a staff member at around 12 pm, this is 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and that they were sorry they "missed my appointment". I informed them that I knew this since my appointment was 2 hours ago and no one was there. It was not her fault, it sounds like she was called into work to notify people of cancellations. I was asked if I was interested in rescheduling my appointment and I informed them I was not. It is a shame...they have always done a good job for waxing, but what I need is reliability and professionalism. The entire point of making an appointment is to guarantee that a service will be provided at a scheduled time. What a shame to have wasted my Sunday morning, I will not be returning. I would give 0 stars if I could, I don't feel like a valued customer.

It's suppose to last 2-3 weeks and every place else I've had it done it does. The one time I went here the Shallac peeled off after one week, all but three nails of it. It was the real Shallac, so I don't know if their product was bad, the lights were bad, or just the job itself was bad, but I've never had that problem before or after. I had been growing my hair out for about a year and found myself super nervous about seeing a…read morestylist for fear that they might go rouge and cut off more than I had wanted. However, I finally decided that self-trimming bleach damage just wasn't worth it. So, I made an appointment with Ashley. I was nervous at first, but she was super easy to talk to and I was feeling pretty calm in no time. I decided to cut off five inches of a layered V cut, trim my grown out bang into a short blunt crescent bang and add a facial frame. Ashley also made sure to ask lots of questions for clarification before cutting and even used a ruler to measure out the five inch chop. Although my preferred bang style can be a bit harsh she respected my preferences and did a great job getting my thick bangs super blunt which is not an easy task. Knowing that my goal was to grow it out, Ashley even readily offered up advice on how to reduce damage during the process. This was, by far, the best salon experience I have ever ever had. Ashley was kind, funny, a good listener and has some major skill with a pair of scissors. I walked in to the shop a bit scared but by the time I left Ashley had me feeling calm, confident and beautiful.
