Not sure if this girl has ever cut hair before. 3 times she asked how to fade a hair cut on my son…read moreand still had to say something a 4th time everything was uneven. Never had this issue on the weekends usually really really good. Suggestion make them cut a few different hair cuts before hiring. Shouldn't be this complicated to fade a boys hair. That is already short. No guard on sides faded to finger length on top.
