What I am sure about is that 3 of my nails now have huge area close to the cuticle that were file wayyyy to close to my skin, after now a couple weeks I've taken off my nails & you can seee how badly they damaged my nails. My once smooth nail looks like a BMX race track. It's sad because I like coming here, their quality of products hold up great, but I'm not going to have someone I'm paying to do a service to have a stick up their ass the whole time especially not change the way my nails will grow now for a good while. The length was much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. I called afterward and spoke to another lady who told me I could come back for a free fix. When I returned, the staff rushed through the entire set, leaving acrylic underneath my nails, and overall they still looked terrible. I even offered to come back the next day so they could take more time fixing them, but the lady told me no. For the amount of money I'm paying as a high school student, I expected much better quality and service. I think the salon either needs to hire better nail techs or lower their prices to match the quality they provide.
