Carnitas taco, Carne Asada taco , fajitas steak taco , shredded beef taco ,cochinita taco

We've driven by Broncos Tacos a few times and was always curious. So we finally decided to give them a try. Restaurant was very clean. Not very busy. We Went around lunch time. Staff were super friendly. Decor inside is fun and inviting. We ordered the guacamole and chip. Guac was pretty good but it needed a bit more citrus for our taste. Chips were warm and delicious. For our mains we got : carne asada taco : tender meat , mild flavor(needed salt) Shredded beef taco: ok. Kinda mid. (Needed salt, more flavor) Carnitas taco - just ok. Cochinita Taco (spicy pork with pickled onions) very good. Full of flavor. Decent spice level. What I was expecting!from all the other tacos. Definitely get this one when you check them out. It's the best. Fajitas Steak taco - this taco has the flavor and seasoning many of the others beef tacos was lacking. so delicious. full of flavor. Chefs kiss. Birria tacos- sadly a just ok attempt at birria tacos. Like the other beef tacos it just lacked the depth of flavor and seasoning ( everything needed salt) I expect from a birria meat. Consume lacked as well. I'd definitely give em another try. Maybe it was just an off day. They are consistently voted the best in the Raleigh area for their tacos. Just didn't get that this time around.

I stopped by Bronco Tacos for lunch on a Tuesday and the line was about 7 people deep. They got through the line pretty quickly and every employee was super friendly. I went with the grilled chicken tacos with no onions, the mushroom taco, and the cowboy pinto beans. I enjoyed both tacos equally. The mushroom was nice with cabbage and a ginger flavor. The grilled chicken was delicious with fresh cilantro. The pinto beans were okay, just a little heavy for me I think. I would stop by again for a quick lunch sometime.

Came back for round 2. I'll cut to the chase... just as good as the first time. The restaurant is clean and the service was top notch. With music playing in the background to set the ambience, you instantly are in the mood for some good eats. Ordered a variety of tacos and sides. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. I'll definitely be coming back again and again.

Bronco Taco lives up to the name and awards given! The fajita taco is the right way to go. The service is both friendly and fast as they dealt with the lines in rapid succession. We look forward to coming back.

First time at Bronco Tacos. I ordered the nachos with Tinga chicken. Absolutely delicious. Perfect ratio of toppings to chips. Queso was really good. Not busy at all when we went. It's a counter service place. Employees were friendly and helpful. Look forward to going back and trying something else.

First time visiting and was expecting a flavorful packed taco to eat. Well flavor is what they actually lacked in all 4 tacos we had. We had two al pastor ,one carne asada and one chicken fajita taco.I had to marinate it in hot sauce to make it taste better. The size portion was good. The beans and the rice lacked flavor too. Honestly I've had better tacos in the triangle. Staff was friendly though

Off the beaten path is Bronco Tacos.... the name of the restaurant says it all ... focus is on tacos and they do a good job with it .. Was on a mission to find some good tacos after visiting the LAZY DAY fest in Cary and boom good ole Google told me to get my ass to Bronco Tacos ... and I must say ... google did not disappoint... One of the selling points.of coming here was ... MOLE tacos and Birria Tacos ... Yup on a mission to find the best MOLE and BIRRIA in the area . The Mole is exactly what you would find in Downtown LA .. land of street tacos and delicious mexican food... the mole was the perfect consistency and taste unlike other mole in the area which a bit on the sweeter side and reddish ... which this is not ... it's dark and rich and full of flavor .. and served on top of chicken tacos .... next time gonna request it on the chicken tinga tacos ...which would be even more flavor in a taco... The Birria tacos here were delicious but the consume was a bit on the thinner side which I prefer to be thicker like LOS TRES by RDU airport ... The beef in the birria tacos were tasty and tender which is a plus and the right amount of crisp on the edges of the tacos from the griddled cheesey taco.. The Whiskey pintos is a secret weapon of the owner and would go inside a taco with barbacoa or anything on their menu ... but I had it as a side and loved it on it's own... Their house hot sauce is delicious and not overly taste bud scalding hot but gives the right amount of heat and flavor .. So with all that being said ... 4 stars goes along way here and always room to make it even better ... BT is only 4 months old and is a must try as a new kid in the block for the taco scene in the Triangle .. So run walk crawl to Bronco Tacos ... you wont be disappointed

I just happened to stop here to quell my rising hangriness after a nearby dermatologist appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the genuine friendliness of the staff. (Something you rarely see anymore but that I really appreciate) It made my meal to see they had a few cans of beer you could choose from to add to your order; I enjoyed an ice cold Corona that they provided a lime for without me even asking. The Bronco whisky beans were yummy and different with a nice level of sneaky heat. The gordita was a little greasier than I would have liked, but I just patted it down with some of the paper towels they have at each table and it was fine. I wish there was a place like this closer to my house - it would be a great quick meal when you're not wanting to cook.

When you arrive, there is plenty of parking around the building, and entrances in the front and on the right side. Once inside, you'll walk up to counter and place your order. Your then given a order number and it's open seating. Your number will be called out in Spanish when your food is ready and you'll pick it up at the counter. I ordered an al pastor taco which unfortunately was not good. It came out extremely cold and needed a lot of salsa for it to have any flavor. I also ordered a steak burrito which was much better and was served with melted cheese on the top. There were fatty pieces throughout the burrito but this was far better than the taco. Lastly, I ordered a horchata but it tasted like grainy and wasn't great. If I'm in the area again I may give this a try but I'd definitely stick with a burrito so your food is hot.

"They have all the smoke"…read more My first time in the Ironworks area, and me like! Free parking and crossing guards directing traffic - wonderful! Ironworks is a mixed use environment with vendors hawking wears under canopies, alongside brick and mortar stores, shops, and restaurants. Little Rey's (IMO) is Alpaca Restaurant meets Mexican in the best way possible. The line for the food was a solid 30-45 minute wait. So don't be like me, have a seat, pull out your phone, use the code on the table, view menu, and order and pay. However, they have employees who greet customers and begin your drink menu while you wait in line. We ordered the half chicken, Gringa tacos, guacamole, and queso. Little Rey has a pretty extensive salsa bar, with approximately 7-8 varieties. The salsa bar spans the gambit from mild, mid-hot, smoky, and creamy options. The star of the show is the smoked chicken! So good with the corn tortilla, green salsa, grilled onions and grilled jalapeño! Moving forward I'll add an order of the chicken taco to get the perfect bit without the mess! The Gringa/Picadillo taco was good. And while I am a Gringa, and I love a Taco Bell sour cream situation, that almost mayonnaise flavor didn't sit well with my soul. However, the meat itself was super flavorful. I'd ditch the flour tortilla for corn , and opt for another salsa, add pico, and I think we are there. We weren't a fan of the rice, if I'm being honest - but will try again. While I didn't try any alcoholic beverages on this round, I'm stoked to try on my next visit. Plenty of seating, but can get awkward if there are long lines. The party is outside, so that maybe your best bet. Looking forward to grabbing a group of friends for round dos! Northern Mexican: 4.4444
