First time here. Service was awesome. The employees were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and answering questions about the menu. One employee recommended that I order anything shredded meat and when I asked what was better between the carne asada Gordita or shrimp she said definitely the carne asada. I got that to-go for my husband and he seemed to enjoy his food. My 4 year old didn't like any of the bean options but she ate all of her rice and some of her chicken taco and drank all of her honest kids apple juice box. I ordered the mar y Tierra burrito (which you might also know as a surf n turf burrito) and it was pretty good. They've got a few different sauce options and I mainly stuck to what was on the table (I think a chipotle based sauce but I could be wrong) and asked for salsa verde towards the end of my meal when I saw a customer request it. I found the carne asada too salty and the shredded meat options on the bland and dry side. To me the carnitas was prob the best option out of the 4 I tried. Asada would be better with less salt. The food was pretty good not amazing but would return for the ambiance and service. Have never been a huge fan of taco restaurants, until I stopped here. The hype is worth it. Definitely the best tacos I've had. Everything is fresh, they will customize anything you want, outstanding sauces and flavoring on their meats. I usually get a few tacos and chips (generous serving for only two extra dollars with lots of salsa). Everything is always delicious. This place deserves all the accolades they get. Cochinita Taco (spicy pork with pickled onions) very good. Full of flavor. Decent spice level. What I was expecting!from all the other tacos. Definitely get this one when you check them out. It's the best. Fajitas Steak taco - this taco has the flavor and seasoning many of the others beef tacos was lacking. so delicious. full of flavor. Chefs kiss. Birria tacos- sadly a just ok attempt at birria tacos. Like the other beef tacos it just lacked the depth of flavor and seasoning ( everything needed salt) I expect from a birria meat. I stopped by Bronco Tacos for lunch on a Tuesday and the line was about 7 people deep. They got through the line pretty quickly and every employee was super friendly. I went with the grilled chicken tacos with no onions, the mushroom taco, and the cowboy pinto beans. I enjoyed both tacos equally. The mushroom was nice with cabbage and a ginger flavor. The grilled chicken was delicious with fresh cilantro. The pinto beans were okay, just a little heavy for me I think. I would stop by again for a quick lunch sometime. read more

I just happened to stop here to quell my rising hangriness after a nearby dermatologist appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the genuine friendliness of the staff. (Something you rarely see anymore but that I really appreciate) It made my meal to see they had a few cans of beer you could choose from to add to your order; I enjoyed an ice cold Corona that they provided a lime for without me even asking. The Bronco whisky beans were yummy and different with a nice level of sneaky heat. The gordita was a little greasier than I would have liked, but I just patted it down with some of the paper towels they have at each table and it was fine. I came in for lunch today and really enjoyed Bronco Tacos! I went with a gordita with beef. I ordered online through their website and yes they do charge you a packaging/convenience fee. I ended up going with the gordita because I liked that they make their dough in house and make them fresh. I thought the gordita was super solid the masa was fresh and awesome and the crema/beef filling was flavorful. I also went with a side of refried beans that did not disappoint. The two gentleman working on the day I visited were extremely kind and answered any questions and cleared our table when we were done. They also kindly offered some salsa in accompaniment to the hot sauce at each table. I had the Fajita Chicken taco with grilled chicken, peppers and onions, topped with lettuce & cheese and Al Pastor with tender pork grilled with fresh pineapple, cilantro & onions. Tacos are served on 6" corn tortillas with a lime wedge. I found the fillings flavorful and fresh and cooked perfectly. My only complaint was the Queso was one-note. The rice was also dry and not very flavorful. We got the queso too and wish it had some spice. The chips were nicely seasoned and warm. Too many chips for the amount of dip you get though.
