There were no refills on our fountain drinks, which was understandable as they are only $1 in the app. I am glad that we were able to take advantage of multiple offers within the app, and were able to order $1 fountain drinks, $3 fries, and $5 shakes. On Sunday you can also get a free chicken sandwich. I appreciate that you can combine all of these offers! The customer service was sparse. One woman was friendly and greeted us, and everyone else just seemed to be dissociating. Maybe it was just bad timing but it seemed like all of the employees were taking their breaks at once. By the time we were leaving the was a line at the front door, and multiple people waiting for carryout orders. In the future, I will return to the Troy location.
