The selection of beers that is currently on tap isn't our go to. I had the yardwork (light lager) and my husband did the mustache ride (red ale). Apple Maps was zero help -- it kept suggesting every bar and grill in existence instead of actual breweries. Thankfully, our Minnesota HopPassport saved the day. We pulled up nearby breweries and landed on Rockpit... and wow, we're so glad we did. We were greeted the second we walked in, which instantly set the tone. For our first round, my husband grabbed the Stupider IPA and I ordered the Paloma Possible cocktail. We fully planned on having one drink and heading out -- but they were so refreshing on a hot Florida day that we couldn't resist staying for another. Round two: he went with the 1840 Pre-prohibition lager, and I tried the Motorboatin' Florida agave lager. Both were seriously delicious. The whole place had such a great ambiance and vibe, reminding us of the breweries we love back home in Minnesota. If we're ever in the area again, Rockpit will absolutely be on our list. Cheers!

But that was good service. The food was hot so I know they just prepared it, but it's nothing special. It feels like decent snacks to pair with your beers and keep people staying...and honestly I'm not mad about it. I tried the chips/cheese, chicken tenders and fries and a friend had the chicken flatbread. The flatbread seemed like the best of the bunch.

This was a very popular spot on a Saturday afternoon. We walked into a packed dining/bar area and…read morenoticed a sign stating that the patio would be closed off for a private event for Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month. We later saw them setting up tents and a bounce house. It looked really fun. We found ourselves a spot near the perimeter of the room and began reviewing the menu. There are a lot of varied options available to please any palate. We are at a brewing company, but I don't really like beer, so I opted for the Pirate's Punch cocktail. It was fruity and very reminiscent of a classic rum punch. Hubby likes light beer, so he ordered the 16oz Celebration Light Lager at the suggestion of our server, Missy. He enjoyed it very much. The vibe was very casual, social and fun. They have table and board games available for you to play with friends and I'm pretty sure that had the patio been open, they had some outdoor games available as well. There was music playing and folks talking and celebrating birthdays, so it was a little loud, but not annoyingly so. It was very upbeat and sunny to match the beautiful day. I was torn between The Big Salad, which my body was so desperately craving, and the Queens Calzone, my heart's desire! So you know I had to order both, and I topped the salad with grilled salmon! What?! We were on vacation! I'm not sure if the salad was big, or if the plate was just small, but I ate half of it there and took the other half home. The salmon was cooked nicely and the salad and dressing was refreshing. The calzone was crisp on the outside, but the cheese wasn't quite melted on the inside. I took a couple of "taster bites" but opted to take the rest home to be reheated and properly melted. I shared some with my husband as well and he observed that the bites just weren't balanced. I agreed. One bite was a stack of chopped ham and nothing else. Another would be completely different. I wish the filling would've been mixed and spread throughout so that you could get some of everything in each bite. I was most impressed by what my husband ordered. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but he loves my cooking so much that restaurant fare does not usually float his boat. He ordered the Korean Noodle Bowl with Shrimp and he absolutely loved it! I noticed at least two other people at surrounding tables having that dish as well, so it must be popular. He loved the level of heat and flavor. He wanted to "dog it down" but saved a small portion for me to try later, just as research and development for me to reverse engineer it and create for him at home! I love the challenge and the inspiration. Any meal that can impress him gets two thumbs up from me! He felt that it needed a little something on the side, so he also ordered some crostini for dipping. They sell beer steins, stickers, buttons, hats, t-shirts, etc. and we saw some t-shirts that we liked (Oktoberfest themed), so we grabbed those as well. They ran us about $30 each, but it will help us commemorate our time in the area. Overall, we enjoyed some good food in a fun atmosphere and would definitely return if ever in the area again.

You can tell that the servers here take pride in what they do and it consistently shows. It is the only brewery within about 20-30 minutes. It is right off of I-4, has plenty of parking and if you have an EV, there are charging stations in their parking lot. It has been a while since I reviewed this brewery and I can honestly say Celebration Brewing is one of my favorites. Heck, it is the only brewery anywhere near Disney. Celebration Brewing Company is no different from anything in life, eventually it has to change. Some changes have made me happy, while others have left me both sad, disappointed and confused. Mostly sad though. Let's start with all the great things they have going on here. First, this is like a restaurant which has great craft beer, specialty cocktails, wine and spirits. I wouldnt say a full bar, but they can accomplish most mixed drinks and have a few specialty cocktails of their own. There is both inside and outside seating and plenty of it, as well as seating at the bar. As far as decor, the BEER sign is iconic. There are so many photos opportunities here. And, despite what I am about to say, Celebration Brewing Co is a solid 4 stars consistently. Now I will talk about some of my personal concerns about the brewery. This is my whine time disclaimer. To start, the food has been hit or miss, but mostly a hit. Their burgers and wings are consistently good. They do change their menu as places do from time to time and the things I really loved about the last menu were recently swapped for less tasty versions. To be exact, the pasta and pizza are not as good. And there is one pizza they had called JAMMIN (absolutely amazing) which they changed to FiG Etabouitit. The latter has a similar combination of ingredients, but is lacking and pales in comparison to the original. The new version is just overly sweet, while JAMMIN was savory, sweet and well balanced. You could actually taste the fig jam before, while the new version legit just tastes like honey. They told me it had fig jam on it, but unless the fig jam they are using now is mostly honey, I am not buying it. The new version is a fail. Lastly, they brew a lot of decent beer here which tastes like what it should be. The Belgians are not as good as I remember, but everything else from lagers to stouts to IPAs, decent representation. Every once in a while though, they come up with some bangers which I absolutely fall in love with (Like GINGY SNAPS), but when I return they have moved onto some other innovative beer. Leaving me feeling like that kid whose parents got divorced and it's all my fault (because I didnt support that beer as consistently as I should). So that is my 2 cents. Hope this helps.

He brews beer like some people paint master pieces. The beer here is next level, especially if you appreciate the nuances of craft beer. Sarah was our server the two times I have been here and, what a great person. And she so knows her beer. The first time I was here Travis explained the concept of the 3 foot raven or crow, but upon making this review, the mythology escapes me. Still... whatever they are doing here is working. And... if you love craft beer, this is a must visit. There is beer, mead, wine and mixed drinks. And they have a dedicated food truck with some decent options. The BEER: Papa Midnight coconut Imperial Stout 10.8% ABV... so imagine a mounds or almond joy, but it is a stout. The nose is all toasted coconut. And it is so very great. Da Minted peppermint Imperial Stout 10.8% ABV... so I saved this one for last because I thought it would be sweet, and it is not. Dark chocolate and mint. Very delicious.... The Hop & Haze IPA 5.6% ABV... this a great hazy, white grapefruit, clean flavors and totally crushable She's Not Rude, Just Chai spiced red ale 5.5% ABV... the chai makes this red ale smell sweet and it is anything but that Beauregard's Berry End fruited sour 5.8% ABV... has a sweet jam nose, it is a sour, and it is sour, but those jam notes make it next level... "it's a little earthy and that comes from the mushrooms" To Sir, Wit Love gose 4.7% ABV... Light flavorful, slightly salty, slightly sour, not everyone's palette, but definitely mine Path to Gold golden ale 5% ABV... so very crushable, this is your everyday beer for everyday people She's a Bonnie Lass Irish Red 5.8%... wow, the taste is indescribable, it is red ale with balance A Norse of a Different Color hazy IPA 7% ABV... so high in IBUs, great mouth feel, if you like a piny hoppy IPA, you will be a fan Oolong Time, No See session mead 6% ABV... I am totally in love with this session mead. So graceful, tasteful and unique. I think this is my favorite!!! The Hummingbird Special sweet mead 11.8% ABV... says fermented Florida wild flowers honey, but it has a sweet and nutty almost peanut flavor. It is super sweet and quite tasty. Like a sweet wine. TT hard Cider 6.6% ABV... dry cider, like an an English cider, really liked it I so wish ai lived closer to Twelve Talons. So many great and unique flavors in craft beers, ciders and meads. There is something great going on here. Like and share.

Tactical has both inside and outside seating, a wrap around bar, high seats and tables. I remember it being a little darker. Lighting is always dims and sets the tone for a great drinking experience. Also on my visit was a live guitarist Mike Lynch and he was very talented. Just love the vibe here at Tactical Brewing. The BEER: Noise in the Forest Maibock 6% ABV... really liked this one, easy drinking with a fermented finish Florida Slay Ride Golden Ale 7% ABV... slightly sweet, if you know Golden Monkey, this is a smoother version with a lot more complexity There are some cool sours including imperial, and a pretty diverse selection about 20 taps. We chose seats at the bar and were greeted promptly by Brian and Rowan. Because there were a lot of people and just the two of them, they were running around taking orders from tables as well as servicing the bar so it did take a little bit to get our drink orders in, but we were enjoying looking through the whiskey library anyways. I started off with a Suncreek blonde ale. It is strawberry blonde ale and it's delicious. My husband started with the Yingling. He keeps hoping they will bring the Kentucky bourbon ale back on tap again. For lunch, I got the whiskey dip which is full of chopped beef with cheese and onions. Served with an herb, dipping sauce, and your choice of side. I opted for the sweet potato waffle fries because they are delicious. My husband got a burger with fries cooked perfectly. Once we are done with our food, we did opt for a taster. My husband had to go through several different bottles before he found one they actually had in stock. That is one of the downside is the whiskey library that is online is not always reflective of what they actually have in stock as he was really looking forward to trying the old Fitzgerald birthday, but alas, they did not have it in stock. He ended up going with the jack Daniels 12 year and really enjoyed it. I opted for the widow Jane 14 year very sweet easy to drink.
