I primarily see Kelly, though I've also had my lashes done by Kylie when Kelly is traveling, and both of them are truly amazing people. Kelly is incredibly skilled and meticulous with her work. Her hand skills are fantastic, and I have never had an issue after a session. They always look perfect. The quality of the products she uses is clearly top notch. My lashes easily last 3 weeks, and I don't hold back. I go swimming, sweat in them, and wash them regularly with lash soap, and they still look amazing every time. Beyond the technical work, Kelly is just a wonderful, down-to-earth person. We have such great conversations during my appointments. She is incredibly thoughtful and full of wisdom. It's rare to find someone you just "click" with on that level, and it makes the appointments so enjoyable. From a logistics standpoint, they are fantastic as well. They are always on time, and my appointments end exactly when scheduled. Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable. I've been to other places in the nearby area that charge significantly more for the same service. I'm so happy I found this place over 3 years ago!

I don't know what came over me, as I had finally gotten good at putting on false eyelashes, and hated having eyelash extensions almost a decade ago. Shockingly, Mai had an available appointment and offered to have me come in to test out the glue to make sure I didn't have a bad reaction before committing to a full set. She gave me a beautiful volume set for my wedding and I was hooked. Fast forward a year, and I have been coming to see Mai every 3-4 weeks since my wedding and she has even taken my sister on as a regular client. Mai operates in a very sanitary and professional manner and we always have great conversations during my appointments. She will also be very upfront if you aren't a candidate for lash extensions (weak or sparse lashes), or if you need to take a break from them because she is an honest business person and is not trying to make a quick buck. I don't typically write reviews but I feel this needs to be shared for future bookings. I had an…read moreappointment booked with Anna for a lash lift at 3:15 on 5/15. I booked this appointment about a week prior. I had received emails reminding me about my appointment leading up to the day. Around 8am the day of Anna texted me saying since I hadn't confirmed my appointment or filled out the form, I had until 10am that day to respond or she was going to cancel my appointment, mind you I had no intention of not showing up but I was sleeping when she sent that message and I didn't wake up until 10:30am and by the time I saw her message I was rushing out of my house to another appointment I had that day so I quickly filled out the form and forgot to respond to her message. I thought my filing out the form would be sufficient enough to let her know I was still planning on coming since I had no intention of canceling on her, but unfortunately this wasn't good enough. Anna texted me around noon and said since she hadn't received any sort of response from me she was going to cancel my appointment and mark me as a no show due to the fact that I didn't confirm my appointment and she's had other clients do this to her in the past. Mind you this was my first time booking with her. I then proceeded to answer promptly and stated it was my mistake for not responding but I did fill out the form and I had no intention of canceling or no showing on her. To my surprise when she responded shortly after she said she had already given my spot away to other clients that were ready to book with her. She said she recently started doing this due to her increase in new clients trying to book and other contacts booking and not confirming their appointments. To which I responded with I understand that her time is valuable but I once again stated it was never my intention to flake on her. She then proceeded to offer me another time the same day but due to this experience I decided I will not be re booking with her today or in the future. I later went and checked on her website that I used to book and re read the cancellation policy. No where did it state that she has the right to cancel any appointment if you don't respond to her texts (especially if she contacts you at early hours, giving you a two hour time window on the morning of your appointment to respond). I honestly believe had she given me more time to respond to her text I wo or if she had just reached out to me via text during the week I would've responded and conand we could've avoided this whole situation but unfortunately this is where things ended. If your going to book with her make sure you answer any texts she sends you in a timely manner or she will cancel your booking. I've provided pictures as proof. Ps. You might have to scroll through the photos to find the correct order over texts.
