I bought my truck from here in mid-august. There were a few things that we noticed like a missing wheel trim, undetailed vehicle/cleaned vehicle, hadn't had an oil change in 4,000 miles, and had a hanging heat shield. I turned my head the other way on that because the price was right on the truck and thought it was a good deal. I had asked that the heat shield to be bolted on correctly and safely, and to have the missing wheel trim to be replaced at be reattached, which he did upon buying the truck. I had then picked up my truck because he said it was ready. After picking up my truck that was supposed to be in a road ready condition and have nothing wrong, I took in on the highway on the way home. Immediately I noticed after going over 50mph that there was a violent shake. Come to find that after going to my local mechanic to figure out what was wrong, it was both the rear control arms that were completely worn. I had then contacted Pat and he told me that he hadn't ever felt this before in the truck. At this point I had also gotten my parents involved because I was given a hard time about this. It took him and his mechanic crew over a week to get it fixed, when it was something that shouldn't have taken that long at all. I also live over an hour away and this was becoming a hassle for me. Now only 2 months into owning the truck I've now ran into having basically no brake pads on the front end of the truck. One side has a stripped lug nut and cannot be fixed by hand and needs to be taken to a shop. This is something that should've been replaced before I picked up my truck the first time. I'm very upset with this, and I'll never buy or recommend someone to shop here. Moral of the story is that basically not a lot was done to the truck to have it in a sellable condition and it seems a lot of things were swept under the rug.
So, thanks. Now I have to deal with the issue myself when this should've been done before I picked it up. read more
