Hands down the best service and experience I have had! Peter, Korey, Joe and Titus are are honest and very informative. I never thought a rock in my windshield would be the best thing that happened! I had a plugged drains for my sunroof, had NO IDEA about the water accumulation in my car. They saved me from rot and mould! The gentleman at this shop went above and beyond. Their customer service was by far beyond my expectations and I highly recommend seeing them for any windshield needs. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to these guy for their OUTSTANDING service. If you need a windshield repair or replacement head to the Broco Glass 22826 Dewdney Trunk in Maple Ridge, these guys are in my opinion the BEST! read more

Quite frankly this is a place that you don't want to come visit very often, just like ICBC. But accident do happens... and when you need them, they were there! I was so pissed yesterday when my 3 month old car's windshield was chipped. My coworker recommend them to me & today I am hitting the highway again, Happy! These guys did a really good job to save my windshield & the hassle (deductible) to deal with ICBC... Both Coleman & Alan were very accommodating, the perfect job was done within an hour while I was having my brunch. They just got another satisfied customer - me! read more

Had my cracked front windshield replaced at their shop in Langley Central last April 07, as per my appointment. Was dismayed that the new windshield would be a replacement type(after sales type) instead of an original, as was committed by the dealer. After clarifying with my Sales Agent at the dealer about this problem, I decided to also talk to Broco's Customer Service Agent Luke at the shop, to help me understand the difference of getting a replacement one vis-a-vis an original one. Luke was very helpful and even went out of his way to come out to my car, to show me and fully explain the difference. His gesture and explanation was more than good enough for me to finally decide to proceed with the installation. His professional courtesy and "extra mile" extended is much appreciated. More power to you and your shop! Check them out and look for Luke. read more

Alen at Broco is amazing! This is hands down the best experience I've had at a glass repair place. I thought I had a couple of chips on my windshield but Alen took one look and told me the chip actually didn't go through and that I didn't need to get it filled. How honest was that?! He even offered to buffer it down a bit so it looks better for free! While I was waiting, we started talking about Croatia and he gave me recommendations for Balkan delis. Overall, I'm super thrilled with my experience here and will take my car back if I need future repairs. I also shopped around and the price is better than speedy so I'm sold! read more

I had several chip on my windshield, which 1 turned into a crack. Out of pure procrastination I avoided it. Colemen brought it to my attention and explained how easy it would be to replace. The replacement costs with $200 Comprehensive deductible from my ICBC insurance. I later claimed back my deductible from 3rd party Insurance company. I brought my Honda CR-V to Vancouver Honda east Vancouver the Service Manager said Broco will be replaced inside a day. So the dealer set me up a courtesy car & gave me a call me when done. Even better all I had to do was hand him the keys & it was picked up & returned to the dealership. True to his words, my cars windshield was replaced before then end of the day! Thanks like a new car again. Thank You! read more

When I damaged my windshield a few weeks ago, I called 3 or 4 places to get estimates. I ended up going with Broco because they were conveniently located, and priced competitively. I dealt with Alen - the owner of the shop. He drove out to my office and took my car into the shop, so I didn't have to take time off work. A few hours later, he dropped it back off again. He was extremely professional, and made the process super easy. I would definitely recommend this Broco location for auto glass repairs. read more

These guys are super honest! Brought in my car a few weeks back, as I was concerned a chip in my lower right side, thankfully, that's a size of about a quarter (as per pic), and Allan said that it should be ok. Shouldn't get worse but obviously, with the amount of time I spend in my car, probably will take care of it soon. If it was on my side, I'd change this in a heartbeat. Not that I'm a person of perfection, but hey, that's what I pay the big bucks for my insurance for lol. Filtered water here too. Amex good. read more

I came here today to get my windshield repaired after suffering a rock chip on Hwy 97 last week. I had called for a price on Saturday afternoon (they are the best deal around, check it out for yourself!), and the service I received was more than pleasant. I was assisted by the manager when I brought my vehicle in today. He was very friendly and the turnaround time was quick. This is a busy shop and I can see why - the manager is hardworking, exceptionally friendly and the service itself exceeded all of my expectations. Every worker is buzzing around getting things done, but you would never know it by how friendly and courteous they are to customers. Even better, the rock chip is hardly visible after the repair! Overall, I had a great experience at Broco Glass and would recommend it to anyone. It was well worth the drive from Vancouver. Thank you Broco Glass! You've reinstated my faith in auto service shops! read more

Richmond 3 road and Cambie Location Amazing Service!!!! The manager (Colman) explained to me the issue with ordering my windshield because my truck is made in the first half of the year. He found the correct windshield and installed it ASAP. Wonderful customer service! Very friendly and hard working staff. read more

To me, the mark of a good business is how quickly and willingly they'll jump to help you, even if your need isn't on their fees schedules. I bought an exercise bike for the family. My wife was assembling it but was balked by the nut on the left foot pedal which wouldn't undo. I went hunting for a service station, as they often have tools and a table vice. I started at Domo (No. 3 and Cambie). They're only a booth, but I could see a workbench inside the Broco shop. The Domo gas jockey flagged someone to come out. I showed the pedal and nut to Alan(proprietor), who took it inside and had it opened in a minute. He showed me how there had been Lok-Tite painted on the shaft and inside the nut. All fixed up. Go for Broco! read more

Unfortunately, while visiting from Washington State, I discovered a break-in to my car on a Saturday morning while the car was parked overnight in a downtown Vancouver garage. After getting three recommendations from BCAA for a glass repair shop, Broco in South Vancouver was the only shop that answered my Saturday morning call. Bottomline: They got me back on the road within 4 hours; did an excellent job on the glass cleanup and replacement; and even gave me a loaner car during the 4 hr duration so I could take care of business in Vancouver. Great guys, great service! Thanks! read more

My rear hatch glass was smashed during a break-in during dinner, and I had already booked a room in Whistler the next night, and also had to pick family up at the airport early afternoon. I called when they opened the next morning, and explained my predicament. Ray ordered the replacement glass for me before I even made it down to start the claim process to make sure it made it there in the early delivery. I made it down to the shop by 10:00am, and was promised the car would be finished by 1:00pm by Alen. I get a call around 12:30pm saying the car was ready for pick-up. When I get there, Ray finished up the claim, took payment for the deductible, and told me to take a good look to make sure everything was ok before leaving. All the broken glass was cleaned up. In fact, the whole interior had been vacuumed. The rear hatch glass on my vehicle has the edges exposed with no frame, and it was placed perfectly with very even gap on each side (I'm a bit OCD). I couldn't have been happier with my experience at this Broco. Going out of their way to accommodate my needs, delivering on everything they promised. I was able to pick up my family and head to Whistler without any delay. Thanks Guys! read more

Woke up this morning, only to find my front driver glass smashed in at 7:30am. Damm thieves got nothing from me but a $3 charger! I was in a hurry to head to work too, and not to mention a rainfall warning effect in Vancouver, just my luck. I called my VW dealer, said they would call me back in 20 minutes. I was in a hurry as it was, so I went on Yelp and looked up auto glass and Broco glass came right up! Allan answered my phone call in an instant, gave me an awesome quote ASAP even though he wasn't in the office yet!! I cleaned up as much glass as I could, drove down Knight Street bridge hoping no trucks or cars would splash me, since I couldn't put plastic bags on my window or else I can't see, made it in one piece, and the office couldn't be in a more central location. Located right on No. 3 Road near Cambie by the Tim Horton's with plenty of parking space. Since I live in East Van but work in Richmond, Broco glass was very close. Ray, the guy at the desk that helped me out, was so calm and nice! He offered me a loaner car, and I made it to work! Only one hour late, didn't need to take a sick or vacation day. 1:30pm hits and Ray offered to drive my car to my workplace and swap cars so he could pick up the loaner. I couldn't believe it, done so fast, less than 4 hours! My car was spotlessly clean. If anyone has cleaned up broken glass in a car, it is almost impossible to get the little pieces. They use compressed air to get all the pieces out if you're curious how they do it. My window worked fine, went up and down, down and up, no problems. I got my receipt in hand at work and didn't have to pickup my car after work! I'm pretty sure this service is only if you're in the same area i.e.) Richmond to Richmond, Burnaby to Burnaby etc.... Lesson learned, don't ever leave anything in plain sight, even a cheap $3 charger!! Theives will steal anything! They didn't even take my coins in the compartment, or my CD's!! I'm hiding everything from now on, even my air freshener!! Thanks Broco! You guys are lifesavers! Wish you guys all the best! read more

I can gladly say that all of the recommendations that I have given for this location of Broco Autoglass is well founded. Allen and his staff care about the customers safety over the short termed thinking other businesses have when it comes to customer care and appreciation. I brought in a friend to her her glass done and they were more than helpful and fair and we were able to get the job done. Now I know that if she has a friend who needs glass repair, she will recommend them and word of mouth advertising is the best. Don't just take your car to any Broco. This is one of the best. read more

My car was damaged while being repaired by Broco. I was on my way to White Rock on 16th Ave and a rock fell off a dump truck and crashed into my windshield. I needed it replaced immediately, Broco at 2430 King George Boulevard, Surrey, BC, V4P 1H5 said they could do in that day. I dropped my car off and picked it up 2 hours later. When I tried to open the passenger door, it was stuck. There was damage right in front of the passenger door on the right front fender. I asked Tony what had happened but he denied knowing anything about it. I contacted ICBC to no avail as he continues to know nothing about it. I am now stuck with a hit and run claim vs a comprehensive claim because I cannot prove that it happened at his shop. read more

I have never had any work by these guys, and for good reason. I got a quote from them a couple years ago to replace my pickups windshield. I clued around and got a better price from Speedy. When I called these guys back to see if they woukd meet the price, they said how much? When I told them the price I was given, they told me no way and take it to Speedy...which I did. Last week got another major Crack in windshield so started calling around two other glass shops said $350 and the other said 390...Broco qouted me $490!!! I called Speedy back and they lowered there price to $305.00 Broco might have great service but I will never know...there prices are just too high. Pays to shop around! read more

Read carefully if you have a leased vehicle and have Broco Auto Glass doing the replacement under ICBC. About a year ago, we had Broco replace the front windshield of our Leased Mini Cooper. They installed an aftermarket windshield and didn't mention that those windshields are not approved by BMW, Mercedes, Audi and others, essentially all repairs must be done by using OEM original parts, not equivalent or aftermarket. Now that our lease is coming to an end and we have to return the vehicle, BMW/MINI is asking 585$ plus Taxes (pending inspection so it could even be more) because the glass not being OEM. Broco after several fax and emails didn't reply and once we called them, they only stated that ICBC doesn't pay for OEM parts and while this is probably true, they could have asked for the difference / upgrade to OEM windshield at the time of the repair, which I would have happily paid since it is less than 100$, but they didn't. A piece of advice based on my experience: go straight to the dealership, especially when ICBC pays for them. If I had brought our Mini to the dealer I would have had an original windshield while still paying just the deductable of $200 (that's what Mini told me). Now I am on the hook for a min charge of $650 if they accept autovin inspection but can be +$1000. I really hope this post will help others because rest assured they won't tell you ! read more

I went here for a minor stonechip on my windshield. They put something on to stop it from spreading and it was covered by ICBC without having to call ICBC- since I have comprehensive coverage. It was done quickly- within 15 minutes... service was good but the owner wasn't very customer-service friendly. No "hello" no "thank-you for your business"- just "you have lots of pits in your windshield- you don't want to replace the whole thing?" And when I came in to have the invoice printed- there was 5-10 minutes of awkward silence while he printed my invoice for me.. no "have a seat, it will be 5-10 minutes" no.. "what we did was put a little bit of resin in the centre to stop the crack from spreading".... they didn't explain exactly what they did or go into any detail. Understandably- it was a small 15 minute job... but still..... I expected the overall experience and service to be higher based on reading these yelp reviews.... If I had a second job- I would likely go back to them- I guess its a positive for some people for them to just go right down to business- but in today's service-oriented landscape, I think a little friendliness and customer services goes a long way read more

Fast and friendly service. When I needed to get my windshield replaced for an out-of-province inspection, I got an appointment the very next day. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours, but knowing that I needed to take the car back to the shop to finish the inspection the same day, they got it done even faster. Before making the appointment I checked prices on the internet, and the price I was quoted was on the low end of what I was expecting. Hopefully I won't need to come back, but if I do - or know someone else in need of an auto glass replacement - I'll know where to go. read more

After my car's windshield was replaced my whole car was dirty covered with fine particles of dust. Even the windshield was not well cleaned. There were two places where the plastic supporting the windshield were not in place properly. Even though I complained I was told there was nothing they could do and it was part of wear and tear. It certainly wasn't like that before the windshield was replaced. I am not happy with this Broco location. read more

This is my first negative review that I have ever given for any business and that's why my review may go under 'not recommended' per Yelp policies but I am going to put it in anyways because people ought to know. I went there for a minor stone chip on my windshield - the guy that received my car was courteous and said that the mark would not completely disappear but it was repairable and I don't need to replace the windshield. I saw that there was a faint line that remained after the repair but I did not complain because I thought this was expected. However, about 10 days later this line grew much longer. I called in to let them know what happened and the guy that answered (different guy because I could tell by his accent) was not helpful and quite rude. He told me that he would not fix it and just to call ICBC. Next day, I went in thinking I could get someone else who was more helpful but unfortunately I got the same rude guy (I think he is the owner/manager) who tells me point blank that he would not repair it and that I am not his customer but ICBC is so he is not answerable to me and I can complaint to ICBC or on Yelp. So here I am - I say don't ever go there!!! read more

Had a crack in my windshield and had to get it replaced. Called Speedy and got a quote of about $600, and I almost used them except they didn't have a courtesy car, just a $25 taxi voucher. But I have kids and need a car so called Broco and the guy couldn't give me a quote yet until I went in so he could look at the type of glass I had. On the phone he said it would be $700-$800.. but yay they had a courtesy car and I was using my insurance so just paid the deductible anyway. The bill came to $1150, which is more than Speedy quoted but I didn't care because I paid my $300 deductible and the courtesy car was super handy. They were done within 3-4 hours and I was on my way. I did see someone's car getting washed there so I thought maybe mine would be considering how much money they made but it wasn't ... but it wasn't expected but would have been a nice bonus. Overall I would go here again. read more

I cannot add too much else that hasn't already been said. This place is fantastic! I chose this place based on all of the great reviews and was not disappointed. It was my first time getting a window replaced, and the guy at the front counter (Ray? Sorry if I got your name wrong!) explained the process to me and the price was really good. I picked up my car that day and was happy to find that they had vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car! If you need a window repaired or replaced, bring it here! read more
