This isn't the first issue with this place, but it's definitely the last straw. We will be switching doctors and my newborn will not be seen here when comes time. I never received a text, email or phone call about any such cancellation. The first time this happened the new practice manager assured me she would get the situation in hand. The second time was over a year later, the practice manage was at a different office that day, and I declined to reschedule.
