As another reviewer said, you have to hope that they get back to you if you leave a message or pick up when you call. They don't care to check what they order. I recieved the wrong tubing and am being charged much more than was said over the phone. When I decided to call it quits with Quipt, the person at the front at least tried to seperate what was rented from them versus what is mine at thend. "Don't worry about it", said one of the do-nothings in the office. That is their motto after you sign up for a rented CPAP. Here's hoping they don't try to steal any money from me and try to charge for the incorrect tubing they delivered that I drove there and returned. At the moment, the charge is still on my account. Also you can't turn off autopay without calling the main office. When I called, they said my account doesn't exist and I have yet to hear back. I'm sure the people in this location are below-average but I'd stay away from this company in general.
