deep disappointment with Dick's Sporting Goods for its decision to no longer sell firearms,…read moreammunition, and related accessories. As a customer and sportsman, I find it disingenuous that a store with "Sporting Goods" in its name has chosen to turn its back on a core part of American sporting culture. Firearms and hunting sports have been a central component of outdoor recreation for generations. By removing these products from your shelves, Dick's has alienated a significant portion of its customer base--people who engage in legal, responsible shooting sports, hunting, and self-defense. Caving to ideological pressures may win short-term headlines, but it erodes the trust and loyalty of long-standing customers who came to Dick's specifically because it was a one-stop shop for all sporting needs--including firearms. This decision is not only disappointing, it's a clear departure from what your brand originally stood for. If Dick's no longer intends to support the full range of traditional sporting goods, then perhaps it's time to reconsider the name on the front of the store.

I will definetely go to this Dicks Sporting Goods moving forward. Her name was Sara and turned my whole day around!

We bought two different Glock 9mm pistols for conceal carry. They gave us special guidance to help my wife find a semi-automatic pistol that she could easily rack and fit her hand size well. They helped us navigate Illinois' onerous FOID requirements and had our guns waiting after the IL delay period. They also held back 9 mm ammo for also after there was a run on ammo with the covid pandemic and summer rioting to ensure we had ammo after buying the guns. I had previously tried to buy the guns at Gander Mountain and I waited over an hour for one person to wait on me who was not nearly as knowledgable and the prices were significantly higher at Gander Mountain even with the Sam's Club discount there.
