Bad experience overall. Got hair dyed by Lupe who overcharged me $431 for bleach and color only. My hair is not long and was not previously dyed. No haircut or style included. She took longer than necessary to do my hair because she kept getting sidetracked. I was very patient with her and I was shocked that besides the bad service she still overcharged me. After asking around everyone agreed that I was overcharged. I am ashamed I didn't ask ahead of time for a quote. Will not go back and don't recommend this salon. read more

My mom got her hair cut here. She has a LOT of trauma and anxiety around haircuts, but it went very well! They cut only the amount she asked for, and it was perfectly straight! The only star I'm docking off from is because it smells like sewage in here. It might be the smell of chemicals from hair processes? I have no idea. read more

Came in for a haircut only. Long wait for being the only customer waiting (Took 45 mins). In the end, my haircut was basic and just okay. Didn't notice it wasn't even cut evenly until I got home because I had to run errands right after since it took so long. No appointments so you just have to wait. You get what you paid for more or less. I wouldn't recommend though. read more

I had another salon cancel on me last minute and was upset bummed I called Broadway Salon and they were able to take me in the same day. Cuc did my hair and she is such a sweetheart! I cut off about 12 inches and I LOVE my hair now! I would definitely recommend seeing Cuc. read more

I went to get a haircut and I had a horrible experience. The hairstylist kept using dirty combs in my hair after she washed it, and the receptionist only cared about getting paid. She kept nagging and harrassing me about getting paid for the appointment and she didn't even do my hair. They got paid after the appointment ended. She also kept harrassing the hairstylist nagging her about how much she will charge me for the appointment, and the hairstylist wasn't sure but in the end they got paid. Also the hairstylist didn't do a good job. I wanted my hair to look even and it wasn't even done correctly, so I don't plan on going there again. They are just terrible in my opinion. read more

Very unhappy with Broadway Salon. Took an elderly client in for a hair cut...that's what I told the girl. Website says Adult haircut is $14.95...explained this to the woman, who. Said sorry, owner had to change that, cut was $19.95. Then she says it's $34.90. I asked what for and she said the style. Mind you they can't shampoo or blow dry. So how do you style? I used a curling iron and put her under the dryer (which got very hot with her thinning hair). As far as I am concerned they completely took advantage of an elderly woman, and refused to rectify the situation in any way. Shame on them. read more

I am new to the area and wanted a new look. I seen great reviews for this place so I decided to look them up online and schedule a same day appointment. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and checked in. The male hair stylist told me they didn't have availability until 5:00 p.m. and he couldn't do it because he was getting off soon. Right now, I see one stylist with a client. And two others hanging out in the back glued to their phones. Now I'm expected to sit and wait an hour an a half for another appointment. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I have been going to Broadway Salon for many years (when it had a different name). The owner, Cuc, takes care of all my hair needs: color, cut, shampoo, styling. She is the BEST in the area. I have tried expensive salons and been disappointed. I am never disappointed with what Cuc does. Her other stylists are good, too. I just have a great rapport with Cuc. I came in as a walk-in hair trim and was seen pretty quickly. Cuc was my hair dresser and double checked the length I wanted my hair cut to (had me show her on my hair myself) which I appreciated considered the fact that I have very long hair and didn't want it extremely short. I started to go about 4 years ago, had a friend who had been going for over 10 years and she always wanted CUC to cut her hair because CUC knew exactly how she wanted it cut, and she was right. CUC always listen's to how you would like her to cut your hair. Its a very friendly salon. I live about 40 miles away, well worth the trip. The prices are very reasonable. read more

They don't know how to color hair if they are not capable of coloring the ends then they need to tell you not give you the run around and then they don't have any colors that teenagers want I would not recommend this place. I went to the Broadway salon for the 2nd time this week. The sign says it opens at 9. It was 9:12 when it finally opened and the gal I wanted to cut my hair wasn't there. I had another gal cut it because I didn't want to wait any longer. The one I went there for finally got there at 9:25. Now I ask: what good is an "hours" sign when no one pays any attention to it. Do they want business or not? Not sure if I will return or not. Apparently they just show up when it is convenient for them. NOT good for me! read more
